★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seasonal food for Kyoto. All the dishes are beautifully crafted, I feel embarrassed to eat em cause they were done so delicately. The taste is wonderful, every small dish has a distinctive taste. We were the only foreigners there, the place was packed with locals which shows how good it is.

30.4.2017: i had a typical kyoto-style soy bean skin set and taste great especially i am a big fan of traditional japanese food..
btw, i highly appreciated their value added service for letting me charged my almost out of battery mobile during the whole meal, thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite being at the centre of the travel hub, Kyoto station, this branch, located in Porta underground dining, is able to give a sense of calm from the bustling atmosphere. Hence, the full score! The restaurant is full, but customers don't seem too rushed, unlike other usual diners at a busy area.
The food is delicate in presentation and taste. The dinnerware set is as delicate as the food. There are other dishes like tempura, etc, besides from the set bento options. I had orihime bento which is mainly made of bean curd.
