とても感じのいい店員さんがいらっしゃり、窓の外に見える景色を眺めていたら、窓側の席に移動させてくれたり、あそこに見えるの金閣寺かな〜（金閣寺な訳がない）と話していたら正しい名称を教えてくれたりしました?
 A satisfying lunch filled with Kyoto-ness. The rice is delicious, so I definitely want you to eat it with egg over rice for +200 yen!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 季節や時期的に混雑していてお昼ご飯難民と嘆くことなかれ！実は京都駅の駅ビル「THE CUBE」に京都らしいお惣菜を頂けるお店があります。「栄寿庵」さん。メインは西京味噌漬けのお魚を絶妙な焼き加減で提供してくださるのですがプロの板前さんの焼き上げるお魚はふっくら美味しい‼︎(自分では焦がしてしまったり難しい西京味噌漬けです)また、脇を固める小鉢(日替わり)茶碗蒸しもお出汁の奥深い風味が絶妙で出汁文化の国、日本人で良かったと。追加で出汁巻卵を是非食して頂きたい。ハーフサイズもあります。

銀だらの西京焼きを注文、頼んでから10分くらいで料理が出てきました。選んだ一品とご飯、お味噌汁、茶碗蒸し、小鉢が2つとお漬物でした。
西京焼きは言うこと無し！味が濃くなりすぎないのにしっかりとした風味もあり、魚の柔らかさも文句無しです。今まで食べた中でもトップクラスに美味しい！茶碗蒸しも餡掛けになっていて、ひと手間がいい感じです。茶碗蒸しは、塩分が若干濃いか？
11時半くらいでぎりぎり並ばずに入れましたが、出るときには並んでいたので休みの日なら早く行くか、時間をずらすなど気を付けたほうが良さそうです。

About 10 minutes after I ordered the sablefish Saikyo-yaki and ordered it, the food came out. The selected dish was rice, miso soup, chawanmushi, two small bowls and pickles.
Saikyo Yaki has nothing to say! The taste is not too strong, but it has a strong flavor, and the tenderness of the fish is perfect. It's one of the best tasting foods I've ever eaten! Chawanmushi is also ankake, and it feels like a lot of work. Is chawanmushi a little salty?
I put it in line at about 11:30, but it was lined up when I left, so it seems better to be careful if you go early or stagger the time on holidays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worth the price. The tai was alright but the gyu was not prepared well at all! Super tough despite eating it as soon as it was served. The yaki tamago and the view were it’s only merit.
