★ ★ ★ ★ ★ １件内覧に行くならそこに決めてもらわないと困るしそうじゃないなら内覧には連れて行けないの一点張りでした。せめて2.３件でも見せて下さいと言ってみてもダメ。
そんな賃貸営業ってあるんですか？
時間の無駄でした。

いままでで1番不快になる案内でした。
店舗に伺う前の電話では
「お部屋の希望条件教えてください。
希望条件にそった物件をいくつかピックアップします。」
と愛想よさげに対応してくれましたが、
実際に店舗に行ったらまともにヒアリングができない。
こちらから一方的に条件を伝え詳細を聞き返してこない。
業者版のお部屋探しサイトを見せてもらいながらでしたが
こちらから指示をしてただ調べるだけ。

3件ほど物件を選びましたが内覧は1件しかできないとのこと。
紙の図面しか見せてもらえてないのに申込ベースでの内覧なので1件内覧にいったら店舗に帰ってきて申込をするかどうか考えてくださいとのこと・・・。
お部屋探しをしてまだ1件も内覧をしていないので数件みて選びたかったのですがそれを伝えても出来ない。との一点張り。
もともと賃貸営業として働いていたのですが、内覧は申込書を書く前提じゃなければ出来なくて1件だけ。なんてことありえませんでした。
時間の無駄でした。二度と行きません。

担当さんは中国人の方だったのですが、普通に日本語ペラペラで、楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。（奥さまが日本人だそうです）
