★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 丁寧な仕事をされるつけ麺屋さん。つけ汁にこだわりを感じる。
オススメのつけ汁はあごだし豚骨。しっかりとしたコクとクドすぎない甘みがバランスしている。あっさり塩もさわやかな酸味と旨味でおいしいが、スープ単体としては完成しているモノのの、麺を入れると薄く感じる。
麺は少な目なので大盛りにしてもペロッと食べられるだろう。
店内は広くないものの、伺った際はワンオペで忙しそうだった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりにつけ麺を食べました。お店に入ってみるとラーメンや冷やし中華もありましたが、つけそばのお店なので、三種類の味、あごだし豚骨、東京醤油、あっさり塩から、あごだし豚骨を選び、味玉野菜つけそばをいただきました。麺はいい感じでしたが、スープは野菜(もやしとキャベツ)から出た酸っぱさなのか、美味しいあごだしに酸っぱさが残りちょっと残念でした。野菜を選ばないで、他の物を選べば良かった？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 確かな旨さでした。麺に弾力があり、つけ麺らしいつけ麺です。辛味あごスープは私には辛味が辛味過ぎましたが、元のスープは美味しそうです。ランチでライスつけてくれるより麺中盛とか、トッピングサービスとかの方が嬉しい気はしますが、席も案外多くて、スタッフの方も少人数で頑張ってるのも伝わってくるので、トータルで素晴らしいです。

久しぶりに行きましたが、アゴだしのスープは相変わらずの旨さ。
今日は特製つけそば(アゴだし）1000円をいただきました。

麺はモチモチプルプル弾力強めで食べ応えあり。つけ汁はあご出汁の独特の風味が美味しいです。割とさっぱりしていた。
店内は清潔感あり接客も丁寧で良い。大盛りは100円で2.5玉もあるのでお腹いっぱいになります。
付け合わせにニラキムチが付いてるのも嬉しいですね。唯一、ライスがベチャっとしていて美味しく無かったのが残念でした。
お子様連れて食べに来ていた方もいました。テーブル席やお子様メニューもありファミリーでも入りやすい雰囲気だと思いました。

土曜日の昼、開店時間2分程前に店到着。待ちなし。定刻通り開店。後客１人。
野菜つけそばと、辛野菜つけそばを、どちらもあご出汁豚骨で頂きました。
ほんのり酸味が効いたあご出汁豚骨イイですね。極太のツルシコ麺とも合ってます。野菜はモヤシ中心ですが量は結構あります。
辛いのはノーマルのつけそばに辛味が入っただけのように感じました。辛さはさほどでもないです。
