麺がベロベロしてる感があまり好みではありませんでした
 I like the family, but I think it tastes just right for people who are a little too dark

しつこくなく、それでいてあっさりし過ぎていないちょうどよい味わい。
神奈川のラーメンは塩分が強く感じる傾向だが、五郎松さんはそう感じない。
お気に入りのラーメン屋です。
Those who have many kinds of flavors that they can add by themselves.
The taste is just right, not persistent and not too light.
Ramen in Kanagawa tends to have a strong salt content, but Goromatsu-san doesn't.
This is my favorite ramen shop.

There are few places around me where I can have lunch, so it's very helpful. It is a ramen shop of the Yokohama family. You can eat ramen at a reasonable price. It's not a trowel family, so you can easily enjoy ramen. It was delicious.

こちらは溝ノ口にあります。
元住吉のてっぺん家さんの出身ですので
六角家→てっぺん家→ここという立派な系譜。
厨房内には大寸胴が3つと中寸胴が1つ。
スープはしっかり炊いていますね。
そして増田製麺の麺箱がありました。
この系譜では珍しいですね。
麺はテボで茹でています。
スープはバランス型。
油は適度に浮いていますが鶏油の香りは弱め。
材料から出るものなのか豚脂っぽい風味を少し感じます。
豚骨感はほどほどで弱くはなく出汁感もありますが控えめ。
少し乳化してて甘みを感じます。
鶏感はあまり感じません。
醤油感は少し弱め。
なので系譜の中ではおとなしめでマイルドな味わいのスープです。
増田の麵は断面が正方形に近い、少し細めのストレート。
硬めオーダーに対してしっかり硬め。コシがありました。
麺自体は小麦感があって美味しいですね♪
チャーシューはバラロールで大きさや厚さは普通。
柔らかく味付けもちょうど良かったです。
ほうれん草は量は普通。
茹で加減もいいし、食感が良く本来の味わいがして美味しかったです。
海苔増しは7枚。
見た目が若干薄くて緑色っぽい海苔は大きさは普通。
スープに浸すと少し弱め。
磯の香りが強いタイプで風味はまあまあ良かったです。
薬味のネギは青い部分の後乗せの輪切りが適量。
もしかして先入れも少しあったかも。
辛味がなく、いい薬味になっていました。
うん。出身先も少しおとなしめだけど
六角家系譜の中ではマイルドで優しい味わいのスープでした。
ある意味クセがないというか…
増田の中細麵はスープに合っていて美味しかったですね。
ちょっと古びた店内だけど、
アットホームな感じがするお店でした。

Therefore, it is a soup with a gentle and mild taste in the genealogy.
Masuda's foot is a slightly narrow straight with a cross section close to a square.

The noodles themselves have a wheat-like texture and are delicious ♪
The char siu is a rose roll and the size and thickness are normal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の13:30頃利用しました。ランチタイムからずれた時間だったからか、お客さんは自分ともう1人だけ。
和風ラーメン¥850というのを注文しました。食券機には他にもおすすめメニューがたくさん。迷ってしまうほどだが、1,000円を超えるメニューもかなり有り。自分はラーメンに1,000円以上お金をかける気概が無い。
なんか椅子の高さとカウンターテーブルの高さとがかなりのミスマッチ。子供や小柄女性には無理かも。
出てきたラーメン、見た目は完全に家系でした。
ちょっとスープが薄く、コクが感じられない。
でも麺とチャーシューは美味しかったです。
L字カウンターの店内、ちょっと雑然としていたけれどまあまあ清潔感有り。
大画面テレビの音量がかなり大きい。テレビ前の席では辛いかも。
店主が厨房奥へ行ってしまい、店内ガランとしてしまう頻度が多いかも。でも丁寧な口調で好感のある方でした。
周りに食事できる店が意外と少なく、選択肢としては候補に入るお店と言えるでしょうね。
