比較的近所に昔からある有名店です。
いつもシンプルに翔太ラーメンをいただきますが、特徴のある細麺になかなか味わいの深いスープが絡まって美味です。
トッピングがきくらげと刻んだ生たまねぎという変わり種ですが、主張しすぎず非常にバランスが良いです。
何となく来たことが無かったのですが美味しいとわかって以降、何度かお邪魔しています。

I always have Shota ramen simply, but it is delicious because the characteristic thin noodles are entwined with a deep-tasting soup.
It's a variant of raw onion with a finely chopped topping, but it's very well-balanced without being overstated.
I haven't come somehow, but I've been bothering you several times since I found it delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 翔太ラーメン780円を注文。スープは豚骨醤油味で細麺ちぢれ麺、玉ねぎのみじん切り、大きなキクラゲ、小さめのチャーシューが１枚のってました。スープはインスタント味でチャーシューがしょっぱかった。駅前という立地上仕方ない価格なのかもしれない。
Ordered Shota Ramen 780 yen. The soup was pork bone soy sauce flavored with thin noodles, chopped noodles, chopped onions, large jellyfish, and one small char siu. The soup was instantly flavored with char siu. It may be inevitable for the location in front of the station.

麺は細麺、豚骨醤油です。麺は安っぽい食感で、スープは味に深みがないというか、背脂でごまかされる感じがします。
一方で餃子はニラたっぷりで美味しいですが、380円は高いですね。

近場で、他に気になっていたお店ということで初訪問。事前にクチコミを見る限り評価が真っ二つに分かれていたので期待と不安がありました。
頼んだのは、とんからラーメン、ランチセットがお得ということで付けました。ライスと餃子です。
ライスはスープのお椀なみなみぐらいで、小ライスの量でした。餃子も小振りなものが5つ、付け合わせとしては十分です。
ラーメンですが、こちらも小振りな丸鉢に、細麺がぎっしり。細麺をdisる投稿多かったですが、これはこれで良いのです。偏ったラーメン食べ過ぎですよ、視野が狭い。
スープが飲み始めるとクセになる旨みで、細麺を束で持ち上げるとスープもしっかり着いてきます。小松菜やネギ、チャーシューとは別の薄い豚肉もよいアクセントになってました。
ギトギトドロドロ太麺の家系ばかりたべてて舌が麻痺してる若者には知覚できないかもしれないが、ここのラーメンは美味しいです！間違えないように。

I really wanted to go to the Hanaya, but the shop isn't open ... I'm worried.
I visited for the first time because it was a nearby shop that I was interested in. As far as I saw the word-of-mouth in advance, the evaluation was divided into two, so I was worried and expected.
I ordered it because it was a great deal for ramen and lunch sets. Rice and dumplings.
The rice was about the size of a bowl of soup, and the amount of small rice. Five small dumplings are enough for garnish.
It's ramen, but it's also a small round bowl full of thin noodles. There were many posts that dissed thin noodles, but this is fine. I eat too much ramen, and my field of vision is narrow.
When you start drinking the soup, it becomes addictive, and if you lift the thin noodles in a bundle, the soup will arrive firmly. Thin pork, which is different from komatsuna, green onions, and char siu, was also a good accent.
The ramen here is delicious, although it may not be perceptible to a young man whose tongue is paralyzed because he eats only the family of thick noodles. Don't make a mistake.
It was a treat. (The seasoned eggs that I ordered additionally on the way were also excellent.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Japanese husband and I love this place. Best ramen in the Kajigaya area! We've tried many different places, but we always end up comparing with here, and it's one of our favorites, because the homemade broth is so delicious. Try the gyoza too! I love the bossa nova music, it allows for a very relaxing atmosphere for unwinding. It can get a bit busy around lunch time, but evening times are great for a dinner date. The couple that runs the place always treat us kindly. Thank you for the delicious ramen!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ramen is fine, the service and ambience are worth coming back for. A hot bowl of noodles on a rainy afternoon, looking out the second story window, listening to old records in a quiet shop is a pretty good mood. The couple that runs the joint are absolutely lovely.

The hours a little strange I’ve found. It’s closed some days when you think it will be open. Not a big problem.
In the area this is the best ramen you’ll find. Good selection, too. It’s a small, fun place to eat. Recommended if you’re in the area.
