★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8月4日に訪問。それまで何回も行ってますが、作り手代わった?なんか、味が全然違ってました。しかもニンニク・ひき肉少なく酸味が強くなんだコレ!？って感じでした。新城店は良かったのに今回のは二度と行きたく無いレベルでした。近いので残念ですが、駒岡まで行きます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6月下旬の土曜日のランチ。近所でよく見かけるチェーン店でありまだ未訪。今日は辛いものが食べたい気分だし、行ってみますか！
アクセスはJR南武線の武蔵新城駅から歩いて1分とめちゃくちゃ近くて行きやすい！12:10に店着。外待ちは8人と想定内だったので列に接続。
15分ほどで店内へ。カウンターのみ13席とキャパは大きめかな。店員さんにオーダーする仕組みなので、カウンター席にあったメニューを確認。
麺類で言うと、大きく4種類。
タンタンメン(830円)、醤油ラーメン(670円)、味噌ラーメン(860円)、まぜタン(860円)があります。その他、丼や餃子などの単品を組み合わせた定食もあります。
まぜタンに興味があったけど、辛さ変更不可なので断念し、タンタンメン大辛・大盛にもやしトッピングでオーダー。
５分ほどで着丼。では、いただきます??
まず見た目に、真っ赤なスープの中央にトッピングのもやしがこんもりと盛り付けられています。スープには溶き卵、ひき肉と大量の唐辛子とにんにく?
スープを一口。大辛というほど辛くないけど、ニンニクのパンチ力が半端ないです?辛さでヒーヒー言いたくて頼んだのにちょっと肩透かしを食った気がします。
麺は中細ストレート麺。モチモチした食感で食べごたえのある麺はパンチ力のあるスープによく合います。
最後まで唐辛子＆ニンニクの強烈なスープに押し切られながら完食しましたが、ソウルフードって、好みが分かれるところがあるんだろうなぁ?ごちそうさまでした?

It takes about 15 minutes to get inside the store. Only the counter has 13 seats and the capacity is large. Since it is a mechanism to order from the clerk, check the menu at the counter seat.
There are four main types of noodles.
There are tantanmen (830 yen), soy sauce ramen (670 yen), miso ramen (860 yen), and mixed tongue (860 yen). In addition, there is also a set meal that combines individual items such as rice bowls and dumplings.
I was interested in mixed tongue, but I gave up because I couldn't change the spiciness, and ordered bean sprout toppings.

The noodles are medium-thin straight noodles. The chewy and chewy noodles go well with the punchy soup.

川崎市民にタンタンメンと聞くとゴマダレ+ラー油のタンタンメンではなくニンニク+ひき肉+卵の元祖ニュータンタンメンになる。
独自に進化したタンタンメンで邪道と言えば邪道だがこれに食べなれるとこれがタンタンメンになる。
まさに川崎市民のソールフードである。
長年通っているタンタンメンの味は変わらないが数年前から餃子がかなり小さくなりおいしくなくなったのが残念。
またニンニクやひき肉多めのトッピングは昔は無料でやってくれたが今では150～200円とトッピング料金まで高くなった。ま～仕方ないね。
年に数回異常に食べたくなる一品である。

まぜタンタンも美味しかった！
辛さ普通だとまだ優しいお味です。
辛さが苦手な彼氏も普通に食べれてました。
中辛にしとけばよかったかなー。

川崎に30年弱住んでいるが、機会がなかったが2021年の締めくくりとして訪問。
期待値が高すぎたのか、肩透かしをくらいました。
食べたのは看板メニューのタンタン麺（830円）半ライス（150円）
タンタン麺
ひたすら、にんにくと唐辛子。ただひたすらにその味しかしない。
麺はもちもちのちぢれ麺。
具材は溶き卵と申し訳程度のひき肉。
しかもひき肉を追加したい場合は150円。
これ、そもそもの一人前の入ってる量、市場価格20円分くらいじゃない？
半ライス
これは多い、250gはあったと思う。半ライスでこの量はだいぶ多い。
オフピークに訪問したのですが、満席で前には3名並んでました。
何が人を惹きつけるのか。謎が深まりましたが少なくとも私は再訪はないですね。

色々な辛さが選べるので、楽しみ方の選択肢があって嬉しいですね。控えめにすると、ニンニクの香りがガツンとくるスープになりますし、めちゃ辛にするとニンニクの圧は減るものの辛さが攻めてきます。唐辛子を使う時に気をつけたいのが、保存臭。乾燥唐辛子は湿度と臭いを吸ってしまうので取り扱いには気をつけたいところ。ここのお店は辛さが足りない人向けに唐辛子が卓上に常備されていますが、やや他の香りを吸ってしまっていますね。
アルバイトの方たちも頑張っていますが、接客レベルは…です。
味の好みは千差万別
