★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 内観は銭湯風になっているお店です。魚介と豚骨の割合を選べるそうで、いちちゃ～つけ麺をいただきました。
魚介9割なので“あっさり”とのことですが、濃いめの味付けです。細麺にしっかりと絡みついて美味しいです。麺はちょっと柔らかく感じたので、コシのある麺が好きな人は合わないかもです。個人的には魚介9割の割に魚介の風味が今ひとつかなと感じました。
サービスの半ライスもつきます。女性や家族連れのお客さんも多いので、誰でも入りやすいお店です。

It's 90% seafood, so it's said to be "light", but it's a strong seasoning. It is delicious because it is tightly entwined with the thin noodles. つけ麺の見た目がかっちょいいね。家族と行ったのでつけ麺も食べました。
行く前に、三豚、八豚が分からなかったが豚骨の割合なんだね。
行ってメニュー見たら分かりました。メニューがすごく分かりやすい。
ここに載ってた水色の説明写真をよく見ておけば良かった。商品の違いが分かりやすい。でも(^^)何の予備知識なくとも分かりやすいメニューだから大丈夫。
つけ麺は多種。細麺、平打ち麺、あっさり、こってり等。
ラーメンは細麺だったが、醤油ラーメンだけ麺を選べるようだ。平打ちにしました!
平打ちというより太麺ぽい。
最初は醤油ラーメン旨いな〜と思っていたが、つけ麺の独特の汁があとを引く。少し酸っぱみのあるような。
つけ麺も旨い。
ビール頼んで、つまみ頼んでる方がいたがイイねー。そういうのもいいね。
子供用ラーメンとミニラーメンあり。

ラーメンは醤油、三豚、八豚とあっさり〜こってりまで選ぶことができ、個人的には八豚が1番好みです。
昼には半ライスが無料！（お漬物付き）
最近はお昼どきは常に並んでいるイメージ。

麺は細麺をセレクト。若干縮れた細麺です。
美味しかったけど、とにかく味が濃い笑！
スープが勿体無いので、ご飯あと２杯くらいいけそうでしたが我慢笑、また行きます！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 実に美味しいラーメン屋さんです。お邪魔したのは休日ですご、開店１０分後には店外に行列ができてました。頂いたのはとん塩ラーメンです。中々他のお店では出会えない特徴のあるスープと極細麺がマッチしています。よくよく思い出すと、山頭火さんのような塩ラーメンに豚骨の旨味を加えた様な、濃く深いスープです。これは、トリコになるわけです。ランチタイムはライスが着きますが、これは是非頼んだ方が良いですね。チャーシューがしっかりと味が付いているので、ラーメンよりはライスに乗せてチャーシュー丼、ついでにメンマもがおすすめです。餃子も高さのある具沢山でご飯が進みます。

Rice arrives at lunch time, but you should definitely order this. Since the char siu is well-flavored, we recommend putting the char siu bowl on rice rather than ramen, and then menma. The dumplings also have a lot of tall ingredients and the rice goes on.

いちちゃ〜つけ（細麺）1,030円を食べた。
細麺のつけ麺は珍しい？
チャーシューはちょっと塩辛かった。ご飯が進みそう。
店員さんの接客がとても丁寧。もっとリラックスしてもいいのよ、という感じ。
スープの味が選べるので次はもっとこってりにしてみようかな。

店内に昔ながらのマッサージチェアがあったり調味料が桶に入っていたりとお楽しみがたくさんあります♪
そして見た目だけでなく味もめちゃくちゃ良かったです✨
豚骨と魚介のスープの割合を分けてメニューを選べます。
そこもまた面白いですね。
私はこってり好きなので『はちつけ（平打ち麺）』830円税込をチョイス♪
つけ麺はタライに入ってくるスタイル✨
これもまた面白いですね。
最初から割下が付いてくる所もありがたい。
チャーシューは味が濃いめでチャーシュー丼は確実においしいことが予想されました。
ランチはご飯かデザートが付いてくるのですが、ご飯は食べ切れなさそうだったのでデザート（杏仁豆腐）にしました。
食べ切れるならご飯食べたかったです?
ぺろりといただきました。
接客も温かみがあり居心地がよかったです。
今度はラーメンを食べに伺います♪
