とにかく『美味い』の一言に限ります。（個人的好み）
以前は週3回通っておりハマると中毒性のあるラーメン屋さんです。
尚、駐車場はなく近くのパーキングを利用という形になります。

店の前で迷っていたら、店員さんが気さくに声をかけてくださり来店！！！！笑
濃厚な味と手作り感ある麺が美味しかったぁぁぁ
サービスライスを頼みましたが、ライスが多すぎて吐きそうでした。店員さんも感じ良かったですし、美味しかったですし、入ってよかった^ ^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 豚骨のこくとまろやかさを味わいたいならオススメ。量は少なそうに見えて食べると結構ある。お昼だけ？小ライスが無料だしお値段が低めなのでコスパがいい。
Recommended if you want to taste the richness and mellowness of pork bones. The amount seems to be small and it is quite good to eat. Only for lunch? Small rice is free and the price is low, so cospa is good.

あ、なるほど、麺の硬さや味の濃さとかを選ぶのか…
ここで新人か常連かを確かめられた感が凄い。
座席はカウンターのみ。
シンプルにとんこつラーメンを注文。
ランチタイムだったので半ライスもついてきた。
トッピングはチャーシュー、ほうれん草、大判の海苔。
まずはスープを…うまい、かなり濃厚だ。
次に麺を…濃厚なスープが中太麺と絡み口に運ばれてくる。
かなりこってりしているが箸が進む。
カウンター壁にはライスの楽しみ方が書かれている。
①スープに浮いている油とニンニク、胡椒でガーリックライスを作るべし。
②スープを足し、豆板醤、胡麻、ラー油を混ぜノリを巻いて食べるべし。
やってみた…
ホンマに美味い！！
代償として息が完全にニンニク臭になる(˘•̥ω•̥˘)
私はご飯もスープも完食しました。
是非皆様も足を運ばれてください！

席はカウンターのみで8席くらい？
家系の中では濃厚でクリーミーな感じ。
臭さやしょうゆ濃さもなく、食べやすかったです。
あと、ビールがキンキンに冷えていたのも地味に◎ポイント。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 壱角家と同じ偽家系の味でした。チャーシューはレトルトで豚の臭みが出てる。スープもカップ麺のそれに近い。家系ラーメンとは別の食べ物でした。
It tasted the same fake family as the Ichikaku family. The char siu is retort and has a pork odor. The soup is similar to that of cup noodles. It was a different food from Iekei Ramen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここ最近オーナーが作っているので味が変わってしまいとてもザンネンだな。店長さんと黒めがねさんが作っていた時はホント旨かった。週1～週2くらい通ったこともあったけど、ここ１カ月以上行ってない。外からオーナーが見えた時はそのまま素通りします。

３ヶ月ぶりに頂きました！やっぱり店長さん作るラーメンはうまい！
もちろん外からオーナーがいない事確認してからね。
いつも伺うとハズレばかりで３ヶ月も掛かっちゃった。

ごちそうさまでした。

私は、固め、薄め、少な目でいつも注文するのですが、タレが少ないのもあるのでしょうが、スープが白っぽい感じが。これは、豚骨をしっかりと炊き込んで頂いている証拠。豚骨臭が好きな人からすると、やや物足りないかもしれませんが、クリーミーで濃厚な味わいです。
