★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 炸雞酥脆，份量給的很豪邁！鰻魚飯也很值得等待！主廚爺爺和奶奶相當親切可愛。
 The fried chicken is crispy and the portion is so bold! Eel rice is also worth the wait! The chef grandpa and grandma are very kind and lovely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ うな重を注文すると、「30分位時間がかかります」との女将の言葉。すぐ出てくるウナギは、期待出来ないが、美味しい鰻は、時間がかかるのでおしんこを注文して八海山で繋いで待つ。2700円のうな重は、品の良い、スッキリした味でした。白焼き2300円もあるので、次回は食べるつもり。
日本酒も、越後の名酒を1合400円位で飲める。
この店は、正に湯沢の隠れ家。
The order of Unaju says, "It takes about 30 minutes." I can't expect the eels coming out soon, but the delicious eels take time, so I ordered a shinko and waited at Hakkaisan. The eel of 2,700 yen had a nice and refreshing taste. There is also a white-baked dish for 2300 yen, so I will eat it next time.
For sake, you can drink the famous Echigo sake for around 400 yen per go.
This shop is truly a hideaway in Yuzawa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鰻重はウナギさばいて 蒸して 焼いてくれる ココで50年やって来たケド 土地の人は コロナで家篭もりしていて 少ないとの事！私は湯沢に通って40数年 裏道にあったので 隠れたお店 気が付かなかった！ 知る人ぞ知る お店！ お店のお母さん コロナ始まって もう一年半になるかねぇー！ 何時までついていま続くのかねぇー！ 本当に速く終わって欲しいものです！ 頑張って生き残ってね‼️‼️

厚焼き卵はほんのり甘くて美味しく、唐揚げはジューシー、焼き鳥は柔らかくおすすめできるお店です。
奥様が気さくな方でした。
鰻は絶品です。
また行きたくなるお店です。
