期待以上の美味しさでした。好きな皮がパリパリの焼き上がりで、ご飯もタレも美味しくて完食しました!だし巻きもフワフワで美味しくて、某有名店よりも格段美味しいと思います。

うなぎはタレが濃くなく、見た目も少し白っぽい感じで、あっさりして美味しかった。皮はパリッとしていました。 注文を受けてから生のうなぎを焼かれるそうで、普通より時間がかかるようですが、テーブルに滋賀の魅力を紹介したパネルのようなものが置いてあって、そいうものを見てると、すぐに出てきた感じです。 店内の雰囲気も良く、値段もお手頃でとても良かったです。

養殖とはいえ皮はぶ厚くなく品の良い肪ののりで、大変美味しくいただきました。 建物の外観とは違い、炭火焼きで本格的。 下拵えも早く、オーダーから20~30分、混雑時でも一時間待つことは稀だそうです。

コロナ蔓延で外食にも気を遣いますが、高齢の父とゆったり遅めのランチを楽しみました。東京在住時に鰻の美味しさに目覚め、関西で本格的なウナギと言えば今まで近江今津や京都でいただいていました。パリッとふっくら大きな1匹の松重は食べごたえがあり、『ちょっと多かった』と言いながらも二人とも完食。タレのお味は、東京より控えめな濃さで◎。ごちそうさまでした。

土用の丑の日に家族で行ってきました✨ 私は近江牛重を注文? お肉も炭火で焼かれていて、とっても美味しかったです?✨ タレの器も可愛くて、バターが添えられているのも新鮮でした? もちろんわさびとの相性は抜群でした? 11:30頃に伺いましたが、お料理はどちらも10分程度ででてきました! お店の方も、質問に丁寧に答えてくだったりととても感じが良かったです✨ 主人はうなぎを注文しましたが、すぐに食べ切ってしまっていました! ご飯の量もしっかりありましたが、おかわりが欲しくなるくらい具がボリュームたっぷりでした?? またすぐにでも行きたいです☺️

初めての来店 オープンと同時だったので混んでませんでした。 うな重の竹を注文。 注文して生から焼くスタイルなので20分ほど かかります。 ですが外はパリ中はフワでとても美味でした!味も濃くなく丁度いい塩梅でした。 また行きたいですね!

ここクーポンを使えるお店を探していて見つけて、久しぶりにうなぎを食べに行ってみました。 平日のランチ時で、駐車場にも車が多かったのですが、待ち時間無く個室風に区切られたテーブル席に案内されました。 うな重かひつまぶしか悩んで、懐にクーポン持ってると気が大きくなり(笑)、ガッツリとうなぎ1尾のうな重(松)を注文? 生から焼くので時間がかかります!!と、張紙がありますのでゆっくり待ちます。 しばらくすると、思っていたより早くやってきました? 蓋を開けると焼き立てうなぎがボリューム満点にのっています。 皮は少し柔らかめ、厚みのあるフワッフワのうなぎが美味しい? たれと粉山椒も追加します。 ごはんは、滋賀県のお米みずかがみ? あっと言う間に食べてしまい、食べてる時は少しごはんの量が足りないかな⁉と思いましたが、晩ごはんも食べられないくらいお腹は膨らんでました(笑) 追加料金で、ごはん大盛りと肝吸いが出来ます。

Very delicious eel. Fast service. Easy access on the main road. Prices are high. Getting the set meal is a good idea. Also possible for take-home orders to eat grilled eel in the comfort of your own home.
