二度目でしたが、相変わらず美味しい、多い！
二人だとあれこれ食べたくて注文してるとすぐ満腹です。気になるメニューも多いので、あれも食べたかった、と後悔することも。
山の中だけどお刺身も美味しいし(しかも大きい)、目の前で作られてるのも楽しい。
意外なことに、居酒屋さんでデザートの手作りプリンがあるのだが、これまた甘さ控えめ、カラメル苦美味で、別腹でペロリです。越後湯沢街中に泊まったらリピート確定です。

When two people want to eat this and that, they are full as soon as they order. There are many menus that I'm curious about, so I regret that I wanted to eat that too.
It's in the mountains, but the sashimi is delicious (and big), and it's fun to make it right in front of you.
Surprisingly, there is a handmade dessert pudding at an izakaya, but it's also modest in sweetness, caramel bitter taste, and it's a different stomach. If you stay in Echigo Yuzawa, the repeat will be confirmed.

ご主人が自ら作っているらしいお米も美味しいので、卵かけご飯は先に白米を食べるのをオススメします。
I had some sake while listening to my sister who loves sake, and all of them were the best.
The rice that the husband seems to make himself is also delicious, so it is recommended to eat white rice first for omelet rice.
