構内の食べ歩きスポットの充実さに目を奪われる駅ですが、こちらの立ち食い蕎麦屋も引けをとりません。
かめやに隣接した好立地のため、ハシゴして五平餅とセットでいただきましょう。

麺は近くのテーブルマークの工場で作っている特製の麺だそうです。
一般的な冷凍蕎麦や、チルドの麺と違い、少しぬめりを感じるところが、流石新潟のお蕎麦と納得です。
へぎ蕎麦のようにふのりは入っていないかもしれませんが、滑らかな食感がそれっぽくて良いですね。
お値段手頃だし、早いし、美味しいしで、人気があるのも納得です。
This is a very popular stand-up soba restaurant.
The noodles are said to be special noodles made at a nearby table mark factory.
Unlike ordinary frozen buckwheat noodles and chilled noodles, the point where you can feel a little slimy is convinced that it is the soba noodles of Nagareishi Niigata.
It may not have the furi no soba like hegi-soba, but it has a smooth texture.
It's reasonably priced, fast, delicious, and I'm sure it's popular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 改札出てすぐのところに有る立ち食い蕎麦。メニューは、お蕎麦うどん以外に駅弁も販売されています。
歯応え有り、お出汁も利いてて美味しいお蕎麦です。
Standing soba noodles right after the ticket gate. In addition to soba udon, ekiben is also on sale on the menu.
It is a delicious soba that is crunchy and has a good soup stock.

うどんはたべたことないけど。
スノボ帰りの新幹線待ちで必ず食べる店❗️
と思ってたらテーブルマークの麺とのこと。てことは冷凍麺か、だから時間もそれなりに掛かるんだねぇ～
中でもイチオシは暖かいトロロ蕎麦。
まじでこれが450円で食えるのなら、お高い蕎麦屋に行く理由が...
でもね、ほぼ食べ終わってから写真撮り忘れに気付きました。
致し方なく、店の看板をパチリ。
また来ます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ▼越後湯沢の駅そば。駅構内には、へぎそばの小嶋屋。駅からすぐの所にへぎそばの人気店、中野屋がありますが、こちらの駅そばも良いですよ。しっかり出汁を感じるつゆと、やや太めの歯応えある蕎麦が、フワモソなソフト麺の駅そばとは完全に一線を画しています。▼新幹線まで2、30分時間が空いたら、小腹を満たせる「海苔そば」がおすすめ。全面真っ黒に海苔で覆われたお蕎麦が冬の寒い日に最高です(夏も食べますけど^_^)。▼安い、早い、うまい。駅そばって良いですね。
▼ Near Echigo Yuzawa station. Inside the station, there is Kojimaya near Hegi soba noodles. There is a popular Hegi soba shop, Nakanoya, just off the station, but this station is also good. The soup stock that makes you feel the soup stock and the slightly thick, chewy soba noodles are completely different from the fluffy soft noodles near the station. ▼ If you have a few minutes to get to the Shinkansen, we recommend "Nori Soba" to fill your stomach. Soba, which is completely black and covered with seaweed, is the best on cold winter days (I eat it in summer too ^ _ ^). ▼ Cheap, fast, good. It's good near the station.
