駐車場も広いです。
お酒も頂きたかったので、ローカル電車の上越線を利用して、お店に向かいました。
大沢駅より歩きましたが………………少々、方向を間違えた様で、到着まで30分以上も掛かって仕舞いました。
帰りは、お店にお願いして、タクシーを呼んでもらいました。
直ぐ近くに、タクシー会社が有るとの事で、直ぐに手配して頂けました。
配車アプリは、サービス圏外でした。
越後湯沢の本店では注文の出来無い『合盛り』を、お願いしました。
『天麩羅の盛り合わせ』も注文。
食べ過ぎ&飲み過ぎて、仕舞いました。

The atmosphere of the store and the customer service are good. Hegi soba wasn't a favorite because it didn't have the flavor of buckwheat noodles. Tempura has a lot of volume.

昨日11/21も妻と伺いましたが、ずっと昔から変わらず、とっても美味しかったです。そして今日、なにげに中野屋塩沢店のGoogle口コミを見てビックリ!!、すかさず投稿しようと思いました。
なぜなら、
このお店に1つ星や二つ星を投稿する人は、どんなことが気に入らないのだろうかと興味があったので読んでみて驚きました。約600軒の口コミに一つ星と2つ星が20人ほどいましたが、この人達はほとんどが同じような内容で口コミを書いていました。
・蕎麦が水浸し、あるいは水切りしてない
・蕎麦の巻き方が大きい、あるいはぐちゃぐちゃでザツ
・汁が濃いあるいは薄い
・出汁の風味がない、あるいは鰹節しか感じない
・よく雑誌に出てるのに・・・店員の態度が・・・、厨房が・・・トイレが・・・
私は、こう思うんですが。
茹でたそばを冷水でさらし、そのまま盛り付ける。これがもり蕎麦でしょ。これが茹でたて、作り立ての証拠ではないかと思いますが。びちゃびちゃというのは、冷水から直接盛り付けるのだから、当たり前ではないかと思ってしまいました。冷たさを味わう、さらに濃い目と感じるつゆだったら、チョコっとつゆにつければいい、薄目と感じたら、たくさんつゆに浸けるか、かえしを足して自分にちょうど良い濃さに調整すればいいのになぜしないのか。蕎麦の手巻きが大きかったら少しつまめば良いし、出汁の風味は人それぞれ味覚が違うので、風味がないと感じる人は、風味を感じた人と味覚が違うだけで、全世界共通に風味や濃さの基準があるわけではない。仕方ないが、どれだけたくさんの蕎麦を食べたらそこまで書けるか非常に興味が沸いたので、その人たちの他の口コミを見てみた。予想通り他の口コミも不満のはけ口のようなコメントばかりで、よいこ口コミが見つからなかったです。なんか寂しですね。
私は、たくさんのいろいろなお蕎麦を食べましたと言いたいですが、もっとたくさん食べてきた方もたくさんいらっしゃると思いますので、専門的なことは全くわかりません。が、一つだけ言いたいことは、
”中野屋塩沢店のへぎ蕎麦”は私にとって、とっても美味しいお蕎麦です。”

People who posted 1 or 2 stars to this shop were curious about what they didn't like, so I was surprised to read it. There were about 20 1-star and 2-star reviews in about 600 reviews, but most of them wrote reviews with similar content.
・ Soba is not soaked or drained
・ The way to wrap soba is big or messy.
・ The juice is thick or thin
・ No flavor of soup stock or only dried bonito flakes
・ Although I often appear in magazines ... the attitude of the clerk ... the kitchen ... the toilet ...

Soak the boiled soba in cold water and serve as it is. This is Mori Soba, isn't it? I think this is proof of freshly boiled and freshly made. I thought it was natural to serve fluffy food directly from cold water. If you want a soup that tastes cold and feels darker, you can soak it in chocolate soup, and if you feel it is lighter, you can soak it in a lot of soup or add a maple to adjust it to the right strength for you. Why not? If the hand-rolled soba is big, you can pinch it a little, and the flavor of the soup stock is different for each person. There is no standard for darkness. It can't be helped, but I was very interested in how much soba I should eat to write that much, so I took a look at the other reviews of those people. As expected, the other reviews were just comments like an outlet for dissatisfaction, and I couldn't find any good reviews. It's kind of lonely.
I would like to say that I ate a lot of different kinds of soba, but I think there are many people who have eaten more, so I don't know anything special. But the only thing I want to say is
"Hegi Soba from Nakanoya Shiozawa" is a very delicious soba for me. ”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ へぎそばとざるそばの麺は同じです。新潟へ行くと食べ歩きでへぎそばのお店に行きます。十日町で食べたへぎそばよりも中野屋の味 コシ共に良かったです。店員さんも丁寧で美味しく食べさせていただきました。雪の降る日で駐車場は雪かきはすんでいましたが駐車場は少し狭かったです。店内からの外の風景は白一色で凄い景色を見ながら食事が出来ました。へぎそばの へぎ は、蕎麦を盛る器の事ですが、何故麺が薄い緑がかったのかは、そばのつなぎに布海苔(海藻)を使用しており歯ごたえと喉越しが良いとの事でした。
Hegi soba and Zaru soba noodles are the same. When I go to Niigata, I go to a Hegi soba shop by eating. The taste of Nakanoya was better than the hegi soba noodles I ate in Tokamachi. The clerk was also polite and delicious. On a snowy day, the parking lot was shoveling snow, but the parking lot was a little small. The scenery outside the store was all white and I was able to eat while looking at the amazing scenery. Hegi soba noodles are a bowl for soba noodles, but the reason why the noodles were light green was that they used cloth seaweed (seaweed) to connect the noodles, which made them chewy and smooth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried hegi soba for the first time. Went with 2 Japanese friends so I got to eat the soba in the “correct” way, as to drink the remained soba soup with soba hot water.
The soba itself tasted very interesting, harder to chew compare to normal soba I had before, but do have a good taste.
The view outside of the window is absolutely amazing.

We ordered this for 4 people.
It was served quickly and neatly on a big traditional wooden plate.
Noodle itself was just okay.
Their tempura were amazing though
