とりあえず気になる人は一回は行ってみる価値はあります。ドロドロ系の魚介つけ麺。特筆すべきはこの規模の店舗でトイレが男女別の配慮が嬉しい。店内は清潔。空かずの踏み切り平間駅近く。他の口コミを見ると『玉』出身の方が興した店とのことです。初来店ですが、つけ麺を注文、並盛と中盛は同じ値段で900円、少し高めの価格設定?大盛は+100円で若干強気。味玉も着けたら普通に1100円もする(・o・)。つけ汁は、ドロドロの魚介系。良いところはドロドロで甘口じゃないのが、良い。玉は甘いので、、、ただし、ミジン玉葱は盛り放題でないです。+50円。トッピングの追加の種類が多いのは中々良いかもです( ̄^ ̄)大盛にしたら、明らかにつけ汁が足りなくなるので、近くの『○鈴』みたく、つけ汁が少なくなったら、無料で追加のつけ汁が貰えれば、文句無し。更にヨシ!です。スープ割りのスープは、店員さんに入れて貰うスタイルです。大盛でつけ汁を多く使いきったため、麺完食後に、ただでさえベースのつけ汁の絶対量が少ない状態で、少ないスープを付け足して、『これがスープ割りです(^-^)v』と出されても、正直あまりスープ割りは楽しめません→※特に大盛でつけ汁が足りなくなる。余計に楽しみめない(`^´*)。スープ割りで余韻に浸りたい男衆は、注意が必要です。ケトル淹れ放題の店の方が個人的には加減がきくので好きです。

平間駅前の、踏切から5メートルくらいの道路が一番狭い辺りにあります。平間駅前のバス停から徒歩一秒。道が狭い上にクルマやヒトの往来が激しくて、なかなか立ち止まって様子を伺うのも難儀なほどです。自転車できた場合、少し離れた場所に停めないといけないかんじです。 つけ麺はガッツリ、ゴワッたした太麺で大変な食べごたえがあります。冷水でよく締めてあり、アゴで感じられる噛みごたえがすてき。なお、大盛り、中盛同じ料金ですが、中盛ですでに満腹です。小盛りの設定があってもいいくらいに感じました。 スープは魚粉系、煮干のたっぷり効いた味ながらクリーミーな調和があります。粘度が高いスープなので麺とよく絡みます。汁をよく絡めてゆっくりカミカミしながら食べると幸せになります。最後は割りスープで、またスープが味変するのが楽しみ。 でも、デフォルトつけ麺+アジタマで1000円なのはちょっと高いかな!?中目黒や川崎駅前のちょっとイイつけ麺屋さんの値段以上ではある。

ブシ強めのつけめんで味は悪くなかった気がするが、カウンターにコロナシールドなし、一人客は小テーブルがあいていてもカウンターの隙間に詰めて座らされ、厨房では店員がマスクから鼻出してるという、今時珍しいほどコロナ対策を無視している店で、たぶんそういう主張の店なのだと思うけど、ならば分かるように店外にそう書いておくべきかな。カウンターでマスク外したビジネスマンが食べ終わっても結構な勢いで会話してて、正直こっちが気になって味の記憶があいまいです。カウンターに霧吹きみたいなアルコール程度はあった気がします。

2021年晦日のランチ。家に居ても邪魔者扱いなので、行く宛もなく外出。愛車(チャリ)に乗って近辺で良さげなラーメン屋を物色しこちらに訪問? 自宅からチャリで20分ほどでしたが、電車だとJR南武線の平間駅から徒歩1分と激近!12:10くらいに到着。 お店は2020年12月のオープンからちょうど一年で、外装も内装もきれい。先客も10人以上いましたが、カウンターに空きあり店内へ。 入り口入って右側にある券売機で食券を購入。おーっ、高額紙幣にも対応していますね? まずはメニューをチェック。 店名に「つけ麺」とあるので、つけ麺推しなんだろうな。 ・つけ麺(900円) ・辛つけ麺(950円) ・中華そば(850円) ・辛中華そば(900円) の4種類に、味玉(+100円)、特製(+300円)の食券が購入できます。 麺量は、つけ麺のみ並盛・中盛を同じ値段で選べて、トッピングで大盛(100円)、特盛(200円)に対応しています。 単品トッピングは、ほぐし肉、肉増し、味玉、のり、白ネギ、青ネギ、メンマ、玉ねぎの他、辛味もトッピングすることができるみたいです。 今日は初回訪問でしたが、辛いものが食べたくて?辛つけ麺並盛を購入。 席はカウンター6席の他、テーブル席で10席くらい。奥の方にもスペースがありましたが確認できずですが、かなりのキャパ。店員さんは厨房に3名と万全の体制かな。 麺茹でに時間が掛かるせいか、18分ほどで着丼。では、いただきます?? まずは麺のみ啜ります。冷水で締められた麺はツルツルっと口の中に入り、しっかりとした固さがあり、噛むほどに麺のうまさが際立ちます。この麺、うまいです❗❗ スープにつけて食べると、濃厚なスープがしっかりと麺に絡み、魚介の旨味がガツンときます。麺に負けないインパクト強めのスープで相性はいい。 ただ、食べ進めるに連れて、スープのしょっぱさで食傷気味?チャーシューの肉々しさもおいしいけど、スープにまけない味付けの濃さに逃げ場がないような? 卓上調味料は味が濃すぎて手が出せず。 麺を完食し、スープ割りを多めに入れて飲むと辛つけ麺を頼んだ事を思い出しました。冷たいと辛さが伝わりにくいのか、熱々スープになってようやく辛さを味わえました。 スープも完飲。スープ割りでほどよくなったスープは、濃すぎと感じたら少しだけスープ割りしてから食べてもいいかも。麺がおいしいので、次回は普通のつけ麺でスープ割りで調整しながら食べてみたい。ごちそうさまでした?

水曜16時頃訪問。 店内に客は1人、時間的なものだろう。 券売機は一万円札対応、確かに平間とは思えない価格設定。一番安い中華そば@850のボタンを押す。 カウンターに座る。両サイドにアクリル板がないので広く感じる。今は空いているので不要だが。 食券を提出「並か中か」麺の量を尋ねられたのでとりあえず並で注文。 数分で提供された。早い。 濃い魚介系醤油スープにコシのある細麺、ネギほうれん草太いメンマ海苔、そして大きな豚モモと豚バラの2種チャーシューが乗る。 味は良い。ニ枚の大きなチャーシューも食べごたえあって良好。もう少し安いと有り難いところ。
