なるとやもやしが乗ってる家系ラーメンは非常に珍しい、と思ったが店名に家は付いてるものの全体的にあまり家系らしくないラーメンではある。 麺は家系のそれだが印象としては豚骨醤油。ど真ん中の家系を期待すると肩透かしを食らうかもしれないが、これはこれで美味しい。 デフォルトで海苔3枚で750円は安い気がします。

他者の投稿にもありましたが、豚骨臭がすごい。店内に入ると半端ない豚臭。ここまでの臭いは初めて。ラーメン、ほうれん草、硬め、多めでお願いしました。スープをすすっても臭みがなく美味しい。店内に広がる豚臭が強烈過ぎて鼻が曲ったのか。 本当にこの臭いが好きな人にはたまらないんだろうな。 ラーメン自体は旨かった。 ごちそうさまでした。
As mentioned in other posts, the pork bone odor is amazing. When you enter the store, it smells like pork. This is the first smell so far. I asked for ramen, spinach, hard, and a lot. Even if you sip the soup, it has no odor and is delicious. Did the pork odor spreading in the store become too strong and the nose bent? I think it's irresistible for people who really like this smell. The ramen itself was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

名物がごめラーメン¥900 とろろ昆布・オクラなどでドロドロ家系ラーメン、海苔とライスがよく合います。 ランチタイムは麺増量かライスのサービスあり。 店内で自家製麺をいつも作っているイメージですね。元住吉ランチはいつもここです。

家系ラーメン屋としては独特なほど豚骨臭の凄い店で、豚骨醤油といいながら家系って九州みたいな豚骨感て少ないものだがここは後味に結構感じる。麺も通常のもっちりより若干ツルブツ感のある固めの麺でこれ結構好みが分かれるかな。 コロナシールドが狭いのに若干難があるがそれより問題なのはシールドの区画によっては味変アイテムである酢とかゴマがなく、隣の席の人のシールドの向こうから取らねばならないことで、満席だと使うことができない。これは大問題だと思う。 また、ランチ時間、ライスか半玉をサービスしてくれるのだが、通常こういうとき行われる券売機のスイッチをブロックしていないためライスの券を買ってしまい、半玉を選択せざるをえなかった。麺が独特で人によっては飽きるので、これもちょっと問題かな。 他の人も書いているけど、家系、特に壱系などの豚骨醤油を食いなれた人からすると家系と言ってもかなり独特な麺だけど、今は家系の言葉が持つ包容力はかなり大きいようなので、これも家系のひとつの形ではあると思う、人気が出れば元住吉系とか言われるのかもしれないが、家系食べ慣れた人がある種の期待を持って食べると間違いなく違和感のある一杯だと思う、これを残念と捉えるか斬新と捉えるかで大きく評価の変わる店だろうな。 独特感のある味は評価したいけど、それ以外のところで大きく減点せざるをえないのが残念。
