M	Miwa Sakurai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 訪問は何度目か。縦長の店内、出入り口は2箇所。カウンターのみ。現在は隣席との間にパーティションあり。紙エプロンも訊いてくれるので、頼めばもらえます。お手拭きあり。水はセルフサービス。調味料類もカウンター上に常設ではなくなり、店員さんに頼むと持ってきてくれるシステムに変わってました。辛もやしは出てきます。今回はランチ時に濃(こく)。魚介出汁入りなので豚骨のみより味が深い感じです。背脂は5段階から選べます。普通でもスープ表面を覆うくらいには背脂入ってきます。チャーシューはトロトロ系、噛む必要なし。途中で上に乗ってる黒い油(マー油？)を混ぜると味と香りが変わるので楽しい。さらには辛もやしを入れて、食感楽しみながら背脂スープ飲んで、少しずつ味が濃くなるのも好きですね。今回も美味しかった！ランチ時はライスなどもお得みたいです(食べきれないので頼んだことないけど)。お会計でPayPay使えます。 How many times have you visited? Even if it is normal, backfat will enter enough to cover the surface of the soup. The char siu is a toro-type, no need to chew. Mixing the black oil (mar oil?) On the way will change the taste and aroma, so it's fun. I also like adding spicy bean sprouts, drinking backfat soup while enjoying the texture, and gradually increasing the taste. It was delicious this time too! Rice etc. seems to be good value at lunch (I haven't asked for it because I can't eat it). You can use PayPay for checkout.
W	Waters ZZR on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 午後3時頃入店しましたが、先客は2名のみ。メニューは2種類のみらしく、それに有料オプションでミニチャーシュー丼等が付く様でしたが、豚骨チャーシュー麺の大盛のみを注文。店内は特にラーメンスープの匂いがするでもなく、静かでラーメン店とは思えない雰囲気で、女性客には入り易くて良いと思います。ほどなくしてチャーシュー麺が到着。しつこくない豚骨スープに、細麺よりやや太めの麺で、チャーシューは薄切り。スルスルと一気に食べましたが…どうなんだろう、悪くないですが、取り立てて特徴も無く、量も自分には少ない感じ。これで千円なので、他に選択肢があるなら、そちらへ行く様に思います。 I entered the store around 3:00 pm, but there were only two customers. チ	チョッパー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 元住吉駅に車を停めて徒歩で行きました。お店の裏の元住吉駅の方には小さい駐車場が多くあります。元(はじめ)ラーメンのこてこてのチャーハンセットをいただきました。ラーメンは美味しかったですが、チャーハンはもう少しパラパラ感が欲しかったです。
Y	Y H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日午後3時半頃訪問。店の駐車場は無いので、近くのコインパーキングに駐車。ランチタイムではないので、席は空いていました。しょうゆとんこつの特製を注文し、3～4分ほどで着丼。かなり前に環七沿い野方にある店で食べた事があるのですが、どんな味か全て忘れていたので、食べる前は少しワクワクしました笑豚骨スープなのですが、全然油のしつこい感じがなく、かといってあっさりもしていなくて、とてもバランスの良いスープでした。麺も程よい中細でスープに良く絡んで食べやすかったです。ごはんも頼んだのですが、テーブルに置いてあるもやしキムチがあっさりとしたピリ辛で、ごはんの最高のおかずになっていました。また訪問したいお店が増えました。 Visited around 3:30 pm on Sunday. There is no parking lot at the store, so park at a nearby coin parking lot. It wasn't lunch time, so the seats were vacant. I ordered a special soy sauce tonkotsu and put it on a bowl in about 3-4 minutes. I had eaten it at a restaurant in Nogata along Kannana a long time ago, but I forgot all the tastes, so I was a little excited before eating. It's a pork bone soup, but it didn't feel oily at all, and it wasn't light, so it was a very well-balanced soup. The noodles were also moderately thin and well entwined with the soup, making it easy to eat. I ordered rice, but the bean sprout kimchi on the table was light and spicy, and it was the best side dish of rice. The number of shops I want to visit has increased.
