夜訪問。ラーメン屋ですが、ツマミに刺身が有るとは、刺身も美味く締めのラーメンがまた細麺で、次回はランチ。

ラーメンは直前に煮干しでダシを取る普通の醤油ラーメン。
普通です。(昔ながらの中華そばは不味い所がかなり多いので……)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前は、元住吉商店街で、日暮里という店名で居酒屋さんをやっておられました。その後、新之助に店名を変更、現在、4丁目交差点近くのこの場所で支那そば八之助で営業中！
昼間は、娘さんと親父さんで、夜は、親父さんとお母さんでの営業です。狭いのが難点ですが、その分アットホームな雰囲気で、昔ながらの支那蕎麦を味わえます。
客層も御近所さん主体のようで、子供連れの家族が多い時もありますが、ひとりでも入りにくい事はありません。会社帰りに軽く飲むのがいい感じですね！私のおすすめは、チャーシュウ盛りと裏メニューっぽい焼き蕎麦です。とんこつ系が多い昨今、たまに食べたくなる懐かしの味を出す少ないお店だと思います。
In the past, I was working at a former Izakaya in the former Sumiyoshi shopping street under the name Nippori. After that, the store name was changed to Shinnosuke, and is currently open at Sananoha Hanosuke at this place near the 4-chome intersection!
In the daytime, it is a daughter and dad, and in the evening, it is a dad and mom. Narrow is a difficult point, but you can enjoy traditional Chinese soba noodles in a cozy atmosphere.
The customer base seems to be the neighborhood, and there are times when there are many families with children, but it is not difficult to enter alone. It feels good to drink lightly on the way home from work! My recommendation is grilled buckwheat noodles that look like chishu and back menu. Nowadays with a lot of tonkotsu, I think that it is a small shop that gives a taste of nostalgia that you want to eat occasionally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 休みの日のお昼に行ってみようと思っていましたが、中々開店していなかったので行けてませんでした。
今日通ったら偶然開店していたので、早速入って見ました。
入った途端、染み着いた煙草の匂いでむせかえる様、煙草を吸わない私にはきつかった。
志那そばとミニカレーのセット850円を注文しました。
志那そばはちょっと薄めの醤油味で、メンマとチャーシュー、ナルト、ほうれん草が乗っています。
麺が若干柔らかく、もう少し固めでも良いと思います。味は普通です。
ミニカレーは家庭のカレーで、家庭で盛り付けている様な見た目、味も見た目通りの味です。
煙草の匂いで次は無いです。

I ordered a set of Shina soba and mini curry for 850 yen.
Shina soba has a slightly light soy sauce flavor and has menma, char siu, naruto, and spinach on it.
The noodles are a little soft and I think it's okay to make them a little harder. tastes normal.
Mini curry is a home-made curry, and it looks and tastes like it is served at home.
There is no next because of the smell of cigarettes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昭和の、それも40年代の居酒屋。好き嫌いはっきりする店。おっさんには受けがいいはず。気取らない店。煙草が気になる方は止めたほうがいいけど、そういう枠では収まらない。昭和の店のロケとかにつかいたいくらい。
良いところは瓶ビールはキリンラガーと黒ラベルを選べるところ。生ビールもあるけど、この店は瓶。
ラーメンは支那そばが一番好き。つまみは全部食べてないけどチャーシューエッグは美味かった。

The good place is that the bottle beer can choose Kirin Lager and black label. There is a draft beer, but this shop is a bottle.
Ramen has the best Chinese side soba. I did not eat all the knobs, but the chashie eggs were delicious.
