店員もそういう人の扱いに慣れているのか、適当にあしらっている。
怖くてそそくさと食べて退散しました

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 野菜炒め定食とおつまみ唐揚げと餃子をいただきました。野菜炒め定食の野菜炒めはモヤシが多く、モヤシ炒め状態でしたがこれは予想通りでした。モヤシ炒めと割り切って食べればまあまあ良い方ではないでしょうか、おつまみ唐揚げは正直に言って私の口には合わなかったです。餃子は皮は比較的薄くパリッとした中に豚肉や野菜などがいいバランスで入っておりチェーン店の餃子の中では個人的には割と好きな方の部類に入ります。詳しくは「日高屋 元住吉駅前店」+「気ままに外食三昧」で検索してみてください。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チェーン店で料理の味はどこの店舗でも標準化されている。
日高屋の特徴としてキッチンが上階にあり『調理中の様子を見ることが出来ない』スタイルなのだが、それが心のすみに一抹の不安を覚えるという利用客も多いのではと思う。
ここの店舗特有の『あるある』としては客が来店してもホールスタッフが気づかないで来店客を放置する傾向がある。
テーブルには呼び鈴もないので、スタッフが『お冷や』を持ってきてオーダーを取らない限り客が『スミマセン』と逆にスタッフを呼ぶ形になっている。
ホールスタッフはもちろんアルバイトなのだが接客教育不足の感が否めない。

研修中のマダムが一生懸命オーダーとってたけど、テンパって可愛かった♡

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラーメンは北関東風の味付けで、佐野ラーメンとか好きな人には割といいんじゃないかと思うけど、家系とかJ系に慣れたおいらにはちょっと味が薄すぎる。日高屋の真骨頂はチャーハンだと思う。おそらくこの手のチェーンの中でいちばん旨い。
餃子もレベルが高いし、困ったらチャーハン餃子で日高屋ってのはアリ。
チャーハン大盛＋３個餃子で税込み７００円丁度、チャーハン大盛＋6個餃子で８００円丁度、覚えておきましょう、試験に出ます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best restaurant I visited in Japan. The fried Gyosa here is amazing and is cost effective as well. You will get good juicy chicken karage with Mayanize. The potato fry is as good as the one in kfc. The restaurant is near Motosumiyoshi train station.
