マー油がいい香りでした。見た目から豚骨マー油かなと思いましたが、白湯ベースのようで醤油の割としょっぱさがある味付けでした。
他の和風スープのメニューも頼んでみたいと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラーメンも旨いが、海老蒸し餃子 最高！ 麺類を頼むと、250円でセットに出来る海老蒸し餃子、蒸籠に入って出てきて、プリプリの海老がギッシリ詰まっていて絶品です。
白湯醤油ラーメンは、豚骨の臭みは全くないにもかかわらず、豚骨の旨味がガツンと来ます。
麺は、中太の丸麺で加水は普通。
トッピングは、バラチャーシュー1枚、海苔、メンマ、デフォルトで煮卵（半個）が入っているのが嬉しい。煮卵もチャーシューも美味しい。
これで、650円は安い。
地元のお客がひっきりなしに入ってくる隠れた人気店。
お店の場所は、通りから引っ込んだ所にあるので、かなり分かりにくいです。

With this, 650 yen is cheap.
A hidden popular shop where local customers come in all the time.
The location of the shop is quite confusing as it is recessed from the street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鹿島田ではナンバーワンと思ってます。元々は中華屋さんだったのでしょうか？？
入口はちょっと引っ込んでますが、路地にベンチが置いてあり、そこに腰掛けて待ちます。いつも誰かが座って待ってますからすぐにわかると思います。
肝心のラーメンのお味ですが、どれも美味しくいただけます。中でも「黒」がお気に入りです。奇をてらったような斬新さはありませんが、とても丁寧なラーメンが出てくるので嬉しくなります。

中はモダンな感じで居心地はいいですね。
麺は太め、スープはあっさり系でちょっと意外な組み合わせだったけど、味は申し分なし。
また、ランチ時に半ライスまたは大盛無料は地味にうれしい。
近くにきたときは寄りたい店ですね。。。

日曜の14時前に訪問しました。
先客は2組待ちでした。
お昼のピーク時間を過ぎても来客が途絶えないようで、人気を伺わせます。
色々あるので何にしようかなと悩みましたが、店名が入っている白湯スープの秀鳳黒ラーメンにしました。
チャーシュー3枚のトッピングに、ランチタイムの麺大盛りでオーダー。
中太麺に、不思議な感じの黒スープ。
見た目が濃いので塩っぱそうに見えますが、富山ブラックのようなぶっ飛んだ塩辛さはありませんので安心してください。
焦がし醤油にマー油でしょうか。癖になりそうな味です。
周囲はセットのシュウマイや海老蒸し餃子を頼まれている方が多かった印象です。ラーメン以外のこれらも人気なのでしょう。
店舗入口は道路に面しているのではなく、建物の側面にあります。
看板が出ているので分かると思います。
