物件のメリットだけではなくデメリットも教えていただき、物件から最寄駅まで歩きたいというわがままも快く聞き入れていただきました。また、子連れでの内見でしたが、気をかけてくださったり、気になる物件を事前に下調べしていただいたりと、本当に安心して物件を探すことができました。
こんなに丁寧に接客してくださったのは朝日土地建物さんだけです。
We had a very polite customer service.
He told me not only the advantages of the property but also the disadvantages, and he was willing to listen to the selfishness of wanting to walk from the property to the nearest station. Also, although it was a preview with children, I was able to find a property with real peace of mind, as they took care of me and asked me to do a preliminary survey of the property I was interested in.
Only Asahi Land Building was the only one who served us so politely.

受付の方も凄く感じの良い方でした。
I visited for a contract on March 14th. The person in charge was Mr. Hiramoto. Until the contract, he listened to us and did his best.
The receptionist was also very nice.

Even though I visited for the first time today, I made a contract for the purchased property on the day. The staff's polite, very kind and prompt response helped to eliminate the anxiety of beginners that I had at the beginning, and made me feel a sense of accomplishment and happiness. I really appreciate it. Thank you again to all the staff.

駅からも行きやすいです。
営業の方が物件の周辺情報をよく把握しており、メリット・デメリット共にきちんと説明してくださいます。
こちらが駅名の指定なく、職場の駅まで何分くらいで…など条件を言ったら色んな路線を探して下さり、予算内で色んな物件のご提案をしていただきました。
営業さんの人柄もよく、感謝しています。
The store is large and the seats are spaced apart.
It is easy to reach from the station.
The sales person has a good grasp of the surrounding information of the property, and please explain both the advantages and disadvantages properly.
If you say the conditions such as how many minutes it takes to get to the station at work without specifying the station name, he searched for various routes and suggested various properties within the budget.
I am grateful for the personality of the sales person.
