今回は初めてなので店舗にお伺いしましたが、対応は良く、過度な押し等なく物件を探すことができました。
じっくりと物件を探したい方には良いかもしれません。
自分の希望などが曖昧で初日では物件を決められませんでしたが、丁寧に対応していただき、ある程度の理想を絞ることができました。店舗に伺う以外のやり取りは基本LINEで行います。
ただ、担当された方が断片的に情報を出す方で、準備が大変でした。
今後は次は読み合わせをするのであれこれが必要で所要時間はこれくらいですといった情報1度に送っていただけるとスムーズに進められるかと思います。
また、間取り重視なお話が多かったのですが、間取りだけでなく周辺の治安や買い物など生活に根ざした部分は言っておくに越したことはないと思います。賃貸だと部屋はある程度同じようなものになりますので物件の立地は重要だと思いました。
今回は良い物件を見つけることができたので、良かったです。
大変な案件だったと思いますが、お世話になりました。ありがとうございました。
