他の不動産屋と違うのは、ニーズ・ライフスタイルなどこちらの立場になって一緒に考えて提案してくれます。
Suumo掲載の物件をきっかけに大垣さんに担当いただきました。
希望入居時期までカツカツでありましたが、将来のライフスタイルにピッタリな物件を見つけることができました。

ご対応いただいたのは大垣さんでした。
問い合わせをした物件の他にも、希望をお伝えすると、該当しそうな物件情報をたくさんご提出してくださり、その中から選ぶことができました。
実際の内覧の際にも、車でご案内いただきましたが、家探し以外にもたくさんお話しをし、楽しかったです。
住宅の購入は初めてだったのですが、申し込みを入れてから引き渡しまで、分からない点はフォローしていただき、こまめに連絡もいただけ、本当に助かりました！

I was guided by car during the actual preview, but I enjoyed talking a lot besides finding a house.

Thank you for purchasing the property. At first, I honestly felt that it was a hassle to go to a real estate agent away from my hometown, but when I actually talked to him, that feeling disappeared at all. I'm really glad that I was able to receive guidance from Toho House Yokohama West Exit. Mr. Ogaki, who is in charge, responded politely and enthusiastically. When I had any concerns or problems, I was able to respond immediately when I contacted them, which was very helpful. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年10月に東宝ハウス横浜西口に初めて行きました。石田さんは横浜と川崎の間の多くのアパートを見せてくれてとても役に立ち、12月初旬までに決めることができました。私たちがアパート決める為の知らない知識も教えてくれました。
そして住宅ローン減税に伴う確定申告書3月15日が締め切りでしたので私が大変バタバタしてまして東宝ハウスNEXT事業部の見米さんに電話したら私を助けにアパート迄来てくれました。長時間かけてくれて確定申告書の手順を詳細にアドバイスし、凄く分かりやすく教えてくれました。私には税務署の日本語フォームをオンラインで理解することは非常に困難でした。なので見米さんと一生にやる事で完成しました。おかげさまで明日確定申告書する事が出来ると思います。
上記についてとても感謝しています。東宝ハウスとの良好な関係を継続する予定です。東宝ハウスのstaffが引き続き良い仕事をしてくれることを願っています。どうもありがとうございました！
I went to Toho House Yokohama West Exit for the first time in October 2021. Mr. Ishida showed me many apartments between Yokohama and Kawasaki, which was very helpful and I was able to decide by the beginning of December. He also taught us some unknown knowledge about deciding on an apartment.
And the final tax return for the mortgage tax cut was due on March 15th, so I was very fluttering and when I called Mr. Mimai from the Toho House NEXT Division, he came to my apartment to help me. He took a long time to give detailed advice on the procedure of the final tax return and taught me in a very easy-to-understand manner. It was very difficult for me to understand the tax office Japanese form online. So I completed it by doing it with Mr. Mimai for the rest of my life. Thanks to you, I think I can file a tax return tomorrow.
I am very grateful for the above. We plan to continue to have a good relationship with Toho House. I hope the staff at Toho House will continue to do a good job. thank you very much!

購入に至るまでの対応は4、購入後の対応は2。
購入前は現地の綿密なレポートを出してくれるのが嬉しかったが、ペーパーレスの時代に分厚く大量のコピー用紙を貰うのには、ちょっと気が引けた。でも物件の情報量は多いと感じた。
購入後はレスポンスも悪くなり、引渡までのスケジュールや詳細も、こちらから問合せないと出てこないのが残念だった。
ローンの手続きや金消契約について、当たり前のようにサラッというが、こちらは初めてであることを考慮して欲しい。
こちらからすると一生に一度の大きな買い物だが、彼らからすると何百人もいるお客様の一人で、ルーティン業務のひとつ。その点にかなり温度差を感じた。
ただ、良い物件に巡り会えたことには感謝している。

担当していただいた大垣さんには本当にお世話になりました！
若いのに仕事に一生懸命でとても感じが良く、夫婦共大垣さんのファンになりました☆☆
仕事の関係で遅い時間しか予定を合わせる事ができなかったのですがこちらのわがままにも対応していただき、お陰様で希望の物件を契約する事ができました！

物件探しの際いくつか不動産をあたりましたが、レスポンスが早く、気になった物件情報もすぐにいただくことができたので、東宝ハウスさんで物件探しを進めることにしました。県外の物件探しとなり沢山お手間おかけしましたが、いつも快くご対応していただきました。いつでもご連絡ください、と言っていただき、かなりの数質問をしてしまいましたが、いつも迅速かつわかりやすく丁寧にご回答いただきました。
子連れでの内覧の際は子供たちと遊んでいただき、夫婦でゆっくり内覧することができました。子供たちもすっかり鳥海さんに懐いています。
お陰様でいい物件に出会えました。とても信頼できる会社、担当者さんです！本当にありがとうございました。

It took a lot of time and effort to find a property outside the prefecture, but we were always willing to respond. When I was watching with my children, I had them play with the children, and I was able to take a leisurely preview with my husband and wife. The children are completely fond of Toriumi-san.

Suumoで、ある物件を見たのがきっかけで担当の七枝さんとは長いお付き合いとなりました。初めてお会いした時に私たちが見学を希望していた物件について、事前説明義務の無い事項も隠すとこなく伝えていただき、信頼できる方、会社だと感じました。
住まいを探すにあたり数社に案内をしていただきましたが、七枝さんは他の会社の担当の方と違い、強引なところがなく、私たちが「これだ」と思える物件が見つかるまで探してくださいました。七枝さんの品の良さも他の会社の担当の方との大きな違いでした。その他いくつかの理由で、探している途中から「購入するなら七枝さんにお願いしたいよね」と主人と話すようになりました。契約後にはいろいろな不安が次から次へと出てしまいましたが、その度、七枝さんが親身に対応くださり、また、引っ越しの際のトラブルも間に入って解決いただき、おかげで現在とても快適な暮らしをしております。今の家に住み替えをして本当に良かったです。東宝ハウス横浜西口さんの七枝さん以外のスタッフの方ともお話しをする機会がございましたが皆さん感じがよく安心感がありました。本当に信頼できる会社だと思います。

After seeing a certain property at Suumo, I had a long relationship with Mr. Nanae, who is in charge. When I first met him, he told me about the property we wanted to visit without hiding anything that we were not obliged to explain in advance, and I felt that he was a reliable person and company.
When looking for a place to live, I was guided by several companies, but unlike the person in charge of other companies, Mr. Nanae has no forcible points, and I searched until I found a property that we thought was "this". Thank you. The goodness of Mr. Nanae was also a big difference from the person in charge of other companies. For some other reason, I started talking to my husband while I was looking for something, saying, "If you want to buy it, I'd like to ask Mr. Nanae." After the contract, various anxieties came out one after another, but each time, Mr. Nanae was kind enough to take care of me, and I was able to solve the troubles when I moved. I am living a very comfortable life. I'm really glad I moved to my current house. I had the opportunity to talk with staff members other than Mr. Nanae of Toho House Yokohama Nishiguchi, but everyone felt good and relieved. I think it's a really reliable company.
