事前連絡も一切無く、バタバタしてて連絡出来ずすみませんの一言のみでした。
にも関わらず店舗に伺うとアンケートを最初に書かせる始末。
今考えると書く意味が分かりません。
この不動産を利用するかどうかは皆様次第ですが、私は絶対に利用しないことをお勧めします。
これ以上この会社の対応により不快な思いをしない方が増えることを祈るばかりです。
担当は岩本という男性でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最悪です。星をつけたくもありません。電話で紹介、内見できると言われ、物件の最寄りにいたのに店舗に来いと言われ、条件等の書類を書かされました。
希望物件の似た物件の内見をしてからすぐ契約をしたいと言っても内見を渋られ、裏から戻ってきたら【その物件は決まりました】。結局内見も契約もできず、ぞろぞろと別の物件を出してきてただ無駄な時間を過ごすだけでした。契約したいと言ってるお客に対しての態度、最悪です。絶対におすすめしません。他の不動産に連絡したところ、【契約は決まってなく空きの状態】でした。一生行きたくありませんし、皆さんにも行ってほしくないです。

他社掲載の物件含め、条件に合う物件を沢山ご提示くださいました。内見も１日に４件ほど周ることができました。
また、物件の条件だけでなく、駅までの道のりやセキュリティ面など、女性ならではのアドバイスをしていただきました。
はじめて東京都近郊での物件探しで、幅広く検討したいという方にはオススメです。
今回は違うエリアでの契約となりましたが、次回引っ越しの際は是非お世話になりたいと思います。
