11ヶ月しか住んでないのに、畳と襖全取り換え。現状復帰の範疇を超えてるし、賃借人に不利な契約だから無効に持ち込めないかな、
畳の部屋に至っては使ってないのに。
退去費用で当然のように敷金の2倍以上の請求
しかもハウスクリーニングの時点で敷金超え(1DKでも五万以上)
ハウスメイトは二度と仲介しない
Don’t use HouseMate to rent a house or room in Japan. That company will charge a lot than normal when you move out. For my case, I lived within one year, no damage at all, they charged me two months rent. Think twice.
一定不要租这家的房子，否则退房时会收到天价的请求费用。只住了不到一年，没有任何破损，最后交了两个月的房租。
The cost of moving out of a housemate is too high.
Even though I have only lived for 11 months, I replaced all the tatami mats and fusuma. It's beyond the scope of returning to the status quo, and it's a contract that is disadvantageous to the lessee, so I wonder if I can bring it invalid.
I haven't used the tatami room.
As a matter of course, you will be charged more than twice the security deposit for the cost of moving out.
Moreover, the deposit was exceeded at the time of house cleaning (more than 50,000 even with 1DK).
Housemates will never mediate
