★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 問合せ時から親切な対応をしていただき、安心して部屋探しをすることができました。物件をいくつか用意していただきましたが、担当のSさんオススメ物件が、立地、物件共に、息子も私も大変気に入り決めさせていただきました。内見後は周辺のオススメスポットを案内していただきながらのプチ横浜ドライブ楽しかったです。遠方から出向き良い物件が見つかるか心配していましたが、無事に決めることができ良かったです。ありがとうございました。

・なぜ1人の人が1組を完結対応しないのですか？
(説明は違う社員、契約書は違う社員と人を替えられ、しかも引き継ぎは口頭で目の前でされるという始末…ちゃんと引き継がれてないし資料は置きっぱなしだしどこにやったかな〜って言ってましたね)
・なぜふざけた態度なのですか？
(高い買い物なので社員同士の仲良いアピールはいらなかった(こいつ、こんな感じなんですよ笑とか)。もう少しちゃんとした態度で接客して欲しかったです。大学生みたいなノリはいりません。年配の社員もそんな感じでしたね。)
・なぜ新人ぽい人を当てたのですか？なぜ言ってることと実際が異なるのですか？
(日当たりについて質問したのにそれ以上のことは何も言われず、不審に思ったので実際に見に行ったらマンションが入り組んでおり、日当たり最悪でした…なんで周りの環境などの説明がなかったの？基本的なことを説明できない人を接客に回さないでください。)
・対応中に電話に出まくる
話してる途中なのに担当してくれた方が電話に出まくってました。そこで話が途絶えるので不快でした。隣でパソコンいじってた人が出ればいいのに。
本当に契約しないでよかったです…
なぜそんなに高評価なのかな…
決まった人には熱心に対応しているのかと錯覚しそうです。
まだ審査中なので、そこでキャンセルすると保証会社との信頼問題が悪くなるようなことを言われたけど、じゃあそちらはどうなんだと言いたかったです。
実際書面上で契約という形で名前の記入と捺印をしていなければキャンセルは可能です。
やはりある程度名が通った会社さんに頼めばよかったな。貴重な休日がもったいなかったです。
他の評価低めの方に返信してますが全部定型文ですね。それで謝られるのは腹が立つのでしなくていいです。
他の人が被害に遭わないように願います。

・ I answer the phone while responding

I should have asked a company that was well known to some extent. It was a waste of precious holidays.
