最初は違う方で、引き継ぎという形だったのですが、対応がとにかく早かったです。
チャットで連絡すれば、すぐ返信が来ますし、どんなにゴタついても常に笑顔で対応してくれました。
うっかり内見先に、いらないボールペンを忘れてきてしまったのですが、捨てていいと言っても郵送までしてくれました。
内見時に、カーテンや洗濯機の大きさを測るのを忘れてしまったとボヤくと、次の日にはわざわざ物件に行って測ってきてくれました。
はじめての物件探しで不安でしたが、本当にこの方でよかったです。
