It refers to an old road like the Kumano Kodo in Wakayama. I've lived in Yokohama for a long time, but ... I did not know that. There are no tourist attractions that attract me, but ... When I saw the statue of Minamoto no Yoritomo, the atmosphere was obviously different, so I enjoyed it so much.

It is one of the seven cuts in Kamakura. It leads to Genjiyama Park. It doesn't have to be hiking shoes, but you should avoid sandals and high heels.

I thought it was a little easier to climb than to go down because the area around the climb was wet with spring water and it was steep!

I feel that the range of collapse is much wider than before. I don't know if it's because of the spring water or because of people sharing it. Also, there is no way to make a winding road around here. It will be closed in the near future. Originally, there are no commercial facilities in this area, and the inhabitants live quietly. I love cosmetic slopes, but even if it's closed for sightseeing, it's no use.

It is a steep cut that is incomparable to Kamegayatsuzaka cut. The distance isn't a big deal, but a nearly unmaintained road with no roads can be a very dangerous place for slippery shoes, children and the elderly if it gets muddy after rain or snow. The distance will increase 3 to 4 times, but you can move safely without getting tired by detouring on a flat road.

One of the ancient 7 entrances to Kamakura. Very steep and only accessible by foot and decent footwear. From here you can visit the Zeniaraibenten Shrine, then take a 20 minutes walk through the woods that leads to the Great Buddha of Kamakura. Not recommended during/after rain.

Pleasant hiking experience, if you are a fan of it. I was a bit surprised that it is tougher than what people say it is. Be prepared, steep parts, mud in many places, trail steps with wood and stones. Wear hiking shoes, otherwise you're going to be in trouble and will not enjoy the experience. Anyway, for the fans it's great!

Slightly slippery, steep winding path to Genjiyama park. Cool alternative to the paved roads for the adventurous type.
