★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 遊行ロータリーに市指定文化財の江の島弁財天道標がたっています。この道標は、管を用いて鍼をさす管鍼術の考案者で、江の島弁財天を厚く信仰していたといわれる杉山検校が、江島神社に参詣する人々が道に迷うことのないようにと寄進したもだそうです。
朝の通勤時間帯は、みなさん足早に藤沢駅目指して通り過ぎていきます。私も今まで何か立っているなとは思っていましたが、案内板をまじまじと見たのは今回が初めてです。いろんなところに歴史が残っているのですね。

This signpost is the inventor of tube acupuncture, in which acupuncture is performed using a tube, and Sugiyama Kenken, who is said to have religiously believed in Enoshima Benzaiten, donated so that people visiting Ejima Shrine would not lose their way. In the morning commuting hours, everyone walks quickly to Fujisawa Station. I thought I was standing, but this is the first time I have looked at the signboard seriously. There is history in many places.
