V	VR46エディロッシ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 食べログなどで、拝見してこのエリアでは飲食店が少ないので、多分中禅寺湖周辺では、グルメ的な扱いを受けている店舗だと思います。先ずは、お蕎麦、蕎麦の風味が全く無いです。蕎麦も旨いのコメントありますが？今日のがハズレなのか？久しぶりにこんなお蕎麦頂きました。蕎麦切りもかなりばらつきがあり、水切りも不十分で・・・蕎麦がきは、揚げてあるスタイル？初めてでした。こちらも、残念ながら蕎麦の風味が無くて・・・そばつゆは関東の甘じょっぱいスタイル蕎麦に風味が無いのと歯ごたえも0なので、そばつゆがかなり主張します。あと、お冷やが美味しくありません。セルフサービスは理解できますが、下膳が全く片付けられなくて、衛生的にも見た目にもかなり不衛生です。久しぶりに不味くて最低レベルのお店ですご主人には失礼ですが、あり得ない味とオペレーションが酷すぎです。申し訳ないが、二度と行けません。 There are few restaurants in this area when you look at the eating log, so maybe I think that it is a gourmet restaurant around Lake Chuzenji. The soba is probably freshly beaten and boiled, but it probably isn't freshly ground. It doesn't smell like soba. However, in the city, I think it will be evaluated as a reasonably delicious soba restaurant. The soup is delicious.
う	うえた on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 年越しそばがてら初めて伺いました。私と妻ははゆばそば。子供たちはざるそばでした。写真見て分かる通り、両方とも美味。外はマイナス6℃でしたがあったまりました。 2階に通されましたが、1階から料理用エレベーター（昭和によく見かけた）で来たのが嬉しかったです。また行きたいな。 I visited Toshikoshi soba for the first time. My wife and I are Yuba soba. The children were Zaru soba. As you can see in the picture, both are delicious. It was -6 degrees Celsius outside, but it was warm. I was passed to the 2nd floor, but I was happy to come from the 1st floor by the cooking elevator (which I often saw in the Showa era). I want to go again.
