2021.12月.水曜日 大盛りもりそば 内訳、蕎麦(濃いめの太め)、小鉢、蕎麦湯 蕎麦は太麺です。故に固め、コシは微妙 蕎麦湯は、やや白濁で温い このレベルならわざわざ来なくても良いかなぁ いいところが見つかりませんでした

火曜日にりんご?を買いに矢板へ出掛けた帰りに初訪問です。 ランチの蕎麦、妻はうどん?を頂きました。 出汁が好みで満足ですがミニ丼よりお蕎麦が少なかったのが少し残念でした。蕎麦がとても美味しかったです?次回はひたし蕎麦を頂こうと思います。

2016/7訪問 13時近い時間。 この日も駐車場は7割ほど埋まっていました。 お店に入ると結構広い。 テーブル席は満席だったので座敷へ。 主人は、ひたし蕎麦に惹かれている。 これは、冷たいお蕎麦+冷たい汁か温かい汁かを選べるらしい。 最初は温かい汁にしてみよう!と言っていたが、いざ注文を聞かれると、冷たいので・・・だって(^_^; 私は天ざる。 いつも間違える! 海苔が乗っていないのがいいのに、「天」が付くとどうしても「ざる」って言ってしまう。 なぜなのか?? まずは主人のひたし。 蕎麦の上にかき揚げとエビ天が乗っている。 汁が、猪口ではなく小丼程の大きさの器なので、天ぷらをひたす事が出来ていい!と。 私の天ざるは、天ぷらの種類も多くサクサクで美味しいです。 おそばものど越しの良い食べやすいお蕎麦。 お値段も手頃だし自宅からも近いので、矢板方面に行った際はまた寄りたいです。

開店と同時に1番で入店しました。 どうやらランチがあるみたいでしたが、メニューや看板には一切ランチの表記はなく… 後から来た常連客は次々とランチを注文し…ランチは裏メニューだったのでしょうか? 気になる方は直接店員に問い合わせをどうぞ。

= ともなりそばってなぁに? = 11:30頃入店。店内は五分の入り。空いていた座敷に座って「ひたしそば」を熱いツユで注文。10分かからず出てきたら、ツユから鰹節だけでなく鯖節の香りがする。名状しがたいけど、南東北とも 県南部の両毛線沿線とも違う、どっちかというと東京というより「お江戸」っぽい味 。 そばは二八の乱切りか?太さはまちまちだけど、歯応えがいい。上に乗ってる天ぷらが油っこくないので、おじさんには胃にもたれなくっていいなぁ。ごちそうさま。店を出る正午頃には、入店待ちの人が❗️ 店の裏(西側)が小高い台地になっており、鎌倉〜戦国時代の川崎城という城の跡なんだそうな。登ってみると、店の名前も「ともなりそば」の意味もわかるので、行ってみては? = 追投稿 = 1月の土曜日 12:15 頃入店。駐車場に15台くらい車が。こりゃ待ちか?店内に入ると 1組しかいない。あれ?テーブルに座って、前回と同じ「ひたしそば」を注文。食べ方を前回と変え、まずかき揚げをつゆにダイブ!柔らかくなったかき揚げにそばを絡めながら食べる。おー 甘みが増すね。でも最後にワサビが残って「しまった!」。ま、いいか。店を出る頃には、前回同様満員でした。

栃木県北ローカルフードのひたしそばが食せるお店です。矢板観光地的な場所柄、ひたしとしても個人経営とは違いを出すためか、何故かかき揚げとえび天でボリュームを出し過ぎでそばとのバランスもイマイチ、肝心の温つゆも丼に半分程度で熱々ではなく、ぬるぬる…。ひたしで980円はローカルフードなんだから高すぎ。えび天は抜いて、かき揚げのみのひたしで750円程度で提供した方が良いのでは?と私的な感想です。そば自体はメチャクチャひたしに合う美味さです。
It is a restaurant where you can eat Hitashi soba, a local food from Tochigi prefecture. Because it is a place like a Yaita tourist spot, it is different from private management even if it is just for some reason. Not slimy ... 980 yen is too expensive because it's a local food. My personal impression is that it would be better to remove the shrimp heaven and offer it for about 750 yen with only kakiage. The soba itself is delicious and goes well with the mess.

矢板という知らない土地に来て、ランチをどこで食べようか迷ってこちらを発見。 11:30でまだ開店したばかりなのにお客さんがちらほら。自分達が座った途端満席になる勢いで更にお客さんが入ってきてここは当たりだと確信。 旦那がAセットの天丼ランチ(天丼+ざるそば+サラダ+漬物+ひじきの漬物+蕎麦粉のデザート)950円 私が大根ざるそば850円を注文。 蕎麦はうどんのようにもちもちで食感に驚。 天丼は程よい甘さで次!次!と口に進む。 漬物もしょっぱすぎず、箸休めにピッタリ。 デザートは抹茶寒天。ふんわりと蕎麦の香りがしてほっと一息。 店員さんはフレンドリーなおばちゃんばかりで「ちょっと待ってて」とまるで知り合いの如く対応されるが全く嫌な気はせず、実家に帰ってきた気分に。 何を取っても最高なお店でした! せひまた来たいと思います!
I came to an unknown land called Yaita and found this place wondering where to eat lunch. Even though the store has just opened at 11:30, there are a few customers here and there. As soon as we sat down, more customers came in and we were convinced that this was a hit. A set of Tendon lunch (Tendon + Zaru soba + Salad + Pickles + Hijiki pickles + Buckwheat flour dessert) 950 yen I ordered radish zaru soba for 850 yen. Soba is chewy like udon and the texture is amazing. Tendon is next with just the right amount of sweetness! Next! And proceed to the mouth. The pickles are not too salty and are perfect for resting chopsticks. The dessert is matcha agar. The scent of soba is soft and you can take a break. The clerk was just a friendly aunt, and he said, "Wait a minute," and he was treated like an acquaintance, but he didn't feel uncomfortable at all and felt like he was back at his parents' house. It was the best shop no matter what! I would like to come again!
