It is a refreshing shrine with a very nice view in front of Lake Chuzenji. You can feel the power of the mountain god, the power of the lake god, and the power of the tree god. After visiting, it is good to climb the mountain or take a walk on the lake promenade. Mt. Nantai is a steep mountain, so be prepared to climb it. It is the most recommended among the many shrines in Nikko.

When I asked for the location of the Treasure Hall at the Futarasan Shrine near Toshogu Shrine, I was told this place when I left this way, so I thought it was the nearest, I climbed a slope, and I went down to Lake Chuzenji I did not imagine there Treasure Hall has an entrance fee of 500 yen, and shrines and treasures are displayed You can get a seal of the treasure sword at the center of Nakamiya Rin

Nenekirimaru is a masterpiece Other exhibits were also good. There are also swords and naginata that were actually used in the war, and It was interesting to see the historical items such as the excavated items from the summit of Mt. Nantai.

There was a powerful sword and sword. There was no one in the hall, and it was cold and I couldn't see it slowly. Except for sword lovers, the exhibits are not interesting and there are few exhibits.

Nenekirimaru is on display at the Treasure Museum. If you like Japanese swords, I think it's fun. There are not many exhibits.

This is the treasure museum of the Chugu Shrine of Futarasan Shrine, located on the shores of Lake Chuzenji. Since this shrine is the starting point of the Mt.Nantai trail, various items related to not only the shrine but also to Mt.Nantai. It's more like a historical archive than a treasure museum, as the exhibits range from copper coins from over 1000 years ago to tools used for ascetic practices. Other exhibits include stuffed animals commonly seen around Mt.Nantai and Lake Chuzenji, and many swords and naginatas dedicated to the shrine. The museum consists of two floors, the first and second, but the only way to get up and down to the second floor is by stairs. The path to the treasure museum is not paved, so visitors with disabilities such as wheelchairs may find it difficult to use.
A treasure house at Futarasan Shrine Chugushi on the shores of Lake Chuzenji. Since this shrine is the starting point for climbing Mt. Nantai, not only this shrine but also various items related to Mt. Nantai are exhibited. Since it is a treasure house, it seems that many treasures dedicated to this shrine are exhibited, but if anything, many items excavated from Mt. Nantai (especially the summit) are exhibited. It is more like a historical museum than a treasure hall because it varies from bronze coins over 1000 years ago to tools used for Shugendo. In addition, many stuffed animals that are often seen in Mt. Nantai and Lake Chuzenji, as well as swords and naginata dedicated to this shrine are on display. It consists of 2 floors, 1st floor and 2nd floor, but only stairs can be used to go up and down to the 2nd floor. The road to the treasure house is also unpaved, so people with disabilities such as wheelchairs may find it difficult to use.
Nikko Futarasan Shrine ⛩ (Nakamiya lyrics) 2484 Nakamiyamiya, Nikko City, Tochigi Prefecture God of God ? Takashi Omi At this shrine There is an entrance to Mt. Nantai. It takes three and a half hours to reach the summit ?. I have no experience of climbing mountains, but I feel like climbing from here (^-^)

Very old Japanese temple (in one of the photos you can read its history). It is quite large and has several chapels. From there there is a path that takes you to the hill behind. They are 12km up and down and, according to the temple office) it takes you about 6 or 7 hours to do the tour. There are ten stations or stops and we only get a little further than the first. At least that part is worth going through.
