ボリューム満点のベトコンらーめんです！
揚げニンニクやら、砕いたニンニクやら一杯入っていて、ニンニク臭満載です！
野菜もたっぷりはいっていて、モヤシ、ニラと食べても食べても減らない感じ！
スープ自体はさほど辛くはないのですが汗が吹き出てきます！
麺は黄色味が強い中太平ちぢれ麺ってとこで、茹で加減は柔らかめですね！
チャーシューはロールチャーシューで、肉厚もありジューシーで美味しかったです！
天津飯は少し味が濃いめの餡に玉子が溶いてある、フワフワ玉子の天津飯で、とても美味しい天津飯でした！

出汁が違うのか、調味料が違うのか
あまり食べたことないタイプの味でした。
ありがちな味の素や中華スープ系の味はあまりしません。
好みは分かれそうですが癖になりそうな味で僕は好きです。
並盛でも量が多いので腹パンパンです。??

ベトコンラーメン味噌味大盛を注文
こちらの店は味噌ベトコンが美味しいのですが台湾ラーメンも美味しいのでいつも悩みます
基本的に注文から提供までは比較的早いのでありがたいですが従業員が少ないので混雑するとバタバタします
普通盛りでもボリュームがあるので大盛にすると麺がほぐれず固まっているので食べにくいことが多いです
メニューは豊富なので家族連れでも安心です

薄味が好きな私は白湯にして正解でした！濃い味が好みの彼氏は味噌ベトコンに大満足してました?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ベトコンラーメンの味噌をいただきました。辛さは普通との事てしたが、私には辛過ぎました。でも味は、ニンニクがしっかりと効いてて美味しかったです。辛さの調節もしていただける様なので、次回は、辛さ控え目で注文したいと思います。
店内は、年期の入ったラーメン屋さんといった感じですが、清潔感は保たれていると思います。接客も丁寧で、私が汗だくでラーメンを食べていると、冷たいおしぼりを手渡して下さり、とても感じ良かったです。コロナ対策も、飲食店としてはしっかりと対策されている様に感じました。
ベトコンラーメンが美味しかったので、他の料理も気になります。また行ってみたいお店です。
