池	池村正 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 周りは20〜21時で閉店するお店が多い中、22時30分まで営業しているのが嬉しいです（ラストオーダーはおそらく21時30分頃）。店内はNHK大河ドラマ『真田丸』のポスターや、激辛ラーメン完食者の写真など、ローカルとレトロ満載でした。白沢ラーメンは昔ながらの醤油ラーメンで、お店の雰囲気も相まって、昭和にタイムスリップしたような感覚でした。 Many of the shops around us close from 20:00 to 21:00, but I'm happy that they are open until 22:30 (last order is probably around 21:30). The store was full of local and retro styles, including posters for the NHK Taiga drama "Sanada Maru" and photos of people who had eaten spicy ramen. Shirasawa ramen is a traditional soy sauce ramen, and with the atmosphere of the shop, it felt like a time slip in the Showa era.

Although it doesn't look like much from the outside, it is classic delicious homemade ramen. Quite a few choices on the menu, but when I asked for the Master's recommendation, he served up a sesame broth with chashu pork ramen. The soup was delicious with just the right amount of spice, and the meat was incredibly tender. I ordered a side of the yuzupon steamed gyoza, and they were some of the most unique and tasty gyoza I have ever tried. Another unique feature of this place are the really cool shakuhachi flutes that the Master's father hand carves out of different trees and are on display around the shop. Definitely stop by this place on your way to or from the slopes or a nice onsen!
