★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 物産センターの地下１階にある目立たない感じの蕎麦屋さん。
値段は安く、蕎麦は蕎麦粉１００％のもの。
工場直結なので、安いのかと思います。
手打ちやゆで方の職人技に拘る人には不向きかと思います。
山菜蕎麦か烏骨鶏の卵のやつがおススメ。
雰囲気やレイアウトは約３０年間変わった記憶が私的にはないので、かつての昭和ロマンを味わいたい方にもおススメです。

券売機は、千円札と、二千円札しか呑み込みませんので、小銭と千円札握りしめて下りましょう。
ざるそば大盛590円。安い。
店内は広いですし、平日の昼時なら座れないことはまず、無いでしょう。
夏は涼しくて良いかも、けど冬は寒そうな…
蕎麦は手打ちでは無いです。
水締めの水が冷たくて良い感じ。
安いと思ったけど、味などを考慮すると、普通かな❗
そーだ、なんか物足りないと思ったら、
食後の蕎麦湯が楽しめません

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かなり店員の態度が悪い。券売機が一万円札が使えずお店のカウンターで男の年配の方に「食券を買いたいので一万円札両替できますか？と、聞いたところ、両替できねぇよ」と強い口調でいわれ食べずに帰りました。礼儀、言葉遣いがなってない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 信濃町ICから戸隠神社へ行く途中で黒姫物産センターに立ち寄り。地下にそば屋がありました。
11時頃だったのですが、地元の方が10名ほどいらっしゃいました。
ざる蕎麦が380円とリーズナブル。
アルミのトレイがレトロな感じで、普通に美味しくいただきました。

値段は安く、味も悪くないです。
ただ、お土産屋の地下にあり、雰囲気が暗くカビくさいのが、すごく気になりました。
店の外にある謎のオブジェや民芸品がさらに暗さに拍車をかけています。観光客より地元の人が利用している感じでした。

駅の立ち食いのような価格であり、ざるそばが380円。
ただしコシもなければ、うまいかまずいかで言われればわざわざ黒姫まで来て食べたいとは思わないレベルではある。
物産館の地下にあるわりとDEEPな蕎麦屋だ。
