夏以来の訪問。開店と同時に入り、天ぷらとざる蕎麦を。香りよく、のどごしよく、堪能しました。また来たいが、きっと春かな。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開店１５分前に到着しました。１番で、大盛そば２つと天ぷらを注文しました。そばとつゆがとてもおいしかった。天ぷらも揚げたてアツアツでおいしかった。そば湯も濃くてよかった。また行きたい。

そば湯は、蕎麦の殻なのか?摺り黒ごま状態で、まさに石臼で挽きました感炸裂で、ドロっとした見た目通り、マジで濃厚?
本物に出会った感じで、めちゃ美味しかったです?
お通しで出てきた、キュウリの浅漬けもめっちゃ美味しくて、一人でパクパク完食しちゃった?
山奥でしたが、言って良かったです?

小洒落た雰囲気で価格を上げる昨今の風潮には全く動じない。
