★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの駅のお蕎麦は所謂『駅そば』なのですが、
お店には名物おばちゃんがいらっしゃいます。
そのおばちゃんの作るお蕎麦が美味しくて、
一度退職されたそうですが呼び戻されたとか✨
第三セクター鉄道になりましたが、今もJR時代の味が堪能出来る希少な駅そばかと思われます。
いつも特上えび天そば610円(←値上げしたかな？)を注文します。
甘めのそばつゆが後を引く味わい?
立ち寄られた際は是非、試して見てください！

駅そばのレベルじゃないです。
いただいたのは海老天そば。
そばの味がしっかりして、その辺のヘタなお店で食べるより非じゃないくらい美味しい❗
後で気づきましたがかき揚げそばも美味しそうでしたよ?
次回はかき揚げそば目当てで行きたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日の昼に立ち寄りました。その際は、馴染み客含め、先客が4人いました。私の後は続々と人が入り始め、合計で15人程が待合室に入っていました。
駅蕎麦のため、食べるスペースは列車を待つ待合室。
その待合室にはベンチがあり、10人くらいは腰かけて食べられます。
食券を買い、カウンターにお願いをする形でした。
食券No.(ナンバー)がないので、品名で出来上がりを知らせてくれました。
しかし、混みあってきた時には、注文の前後なのか、お連れさん同士の蕎麦が出されず、カウンター前が密状態でした。
特上海老天そばが人気で、卵入りかどうか？
など、厨房も「こちらの方の方が先ね。」とNo.がないので作りながら声を張っている一面も見られました。
座る席が満席なのに、客足は途絶えずに、盛況振りが伺えました。
また、私の食べた鴨そばの「鴨」は真空パックから移して乗せていたので、次回は別の物を食したいと思います。
