新蕎麦のシーズンです。
蕎麦の香りを求めて『信濃屋』、初訪問です。
信州富倉そばと信濃町二八そばのいい季節になりました。互いに甲乙捨て難いものがありますね。
今回は湯治を兼ねて信濃町の蕎麦をいただきます。
お店もたくさんあります。打ち手によってだいぶ違いがありますが、ついつい再訪問しがちです。
今回は初訪問に心が躍ります。
女将がぺっピンです。
接客もゼッピンです。
それだけでも一訪の価値があります（笑）
新蕎麦新米のサービスでした。
蕎麦香はあまり感じませんでしたね。
ラーメンもいいんですが11月中は蕎麦を満喫したいですね。

It's the new soba season.
This is my first visit to "Shinanoya" in search of the scent of soba.
It's a good season for Shinshu Tomikura Soba and Shinanomachi Nihachi Soba. There are things that are difficult to throw away from each other.
This time, we will have soba noodles from Shinano Town, which also serves as a hot spring cure.
There are also many shops. There are a lot of differences depending on the move, but I tend to revisit.
This time I am excited to visit for the first time.
The landlady is Peppin.
The customer service is also Zeppen.
That alone is worth a visit (laughs)
It was a new soba new rice service.
I didn't really feel the soba incense.
Ramen is good, but I want to enjoy soba during November.

肉そばとトッピングでちくわ天を注文。
予想以上にボリュームでびっくり。
肉も表面にびっしり入ってる☆
閉店間際に入店したけど、快く受けていただき、店員のお姉さんがとても感じの良い方で大変満足の食事でした！
We stopped by on the way back from Myoko Suginohara Ski Resort.
I ordered chikuwa heaven with meat soba and toppings.
I was surprised at the volume more than I expected.
Meat is also tightly packed on the surface ☆
I entered the restaurant just before the store closed, but I was happy to receive it, and the clerk's older sister was a very pleasant person and it was a very satisfying meal!

つるつるしたタイプのお蕎麦で普通盛りでも結構な量があります。
ご飯とふりかけが無料なのでお腹も満足できます。コスパも大変よいお店です。

おすすめは天ぷらそばです。季節の野菜の天ぷらと、ツルツルのお蕎麦がセットになってきます。ボリュームも多いので、男性でも満足度は高そう。ご自由にお取りください状態のおにぎりやご飯もあります。
一品物のカモも食べました！スモーキーで超おすすめです。
店員さんも元気、丁寧で、非常に心地よい空間でした。
A large 3-story soba restaurant in front of Kurohime Station!
We recommend tempura soba. Seasonal vegetable tempura and slippery soba are included in the set. There is a lot of volume, so even men seem to be highly satisfied. There are also rice balls and rice that are in a state where you can take them freely.
I also ate a duck! Smoky and highly recommended.
The clerk was also energetic, polite and very comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been eating here since forever. Unlike many spots which try to do everything and end up doing nothing well, Shinanoya hits the spot every time. The donburi rice bowl dishes are JUST like mom never made, and the soba is perfect every time. The tempura chefs are all good but when the older gentleman with the specific car is there (ask at the liquor store across the street, as I have forgotten), it jumps a notch. Great place in summer, even better hunkered down with a bunch of locals deep in their cups in winter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been eating low carb for a couple of years now, but once each time we come to the area my one exception is to eat the soba (and tempura) here. Definitely the best we've had. It can get busy, but at least today it was fine when we arrived (about 14:30) and empty when we left.
