庭の手入れや、室内の掃除が行き届いており、厨房も清潔に保たれているのが分かります。
昼食時をかなり過ぎていたのですが、蕎麦だけならと気持ちよく迎いいれていただきました。
しっかりとした腰のあるて手切りの手打ちです。二八蕎麦のようです。
蕎麦粉は地元伊根産のものを使っているようです。
このお店の良さは、何と言っても「おいしいものを提供したい」という気持ちに溢れていることに尽きる
と思います。まず、蕎麦茶でのおもてなしから始まり、竹を半分に割った器に蕎麦が盛られて出てきます。
小さい味噌にぎりと小鉢が添えられてきました。
小鉢の味付けは薄味で蕎麦を邪魔しないようにしてあります。口直しの味噌にぎりもおいしいです。
付けだしは甘めの濃い目ですが、化学調味料の味は一切ありません。
メニューを見ずに注文したので、食べ終わった後、家内に「いくら出せる」とそっと聞いたところ、千円かな？
といった反応。私も「同感」と思いました。
結果は一人前消費税込みの７００円。これは良心的です。
先客の方々はおまかせコース（３０００円）を食べていたようですが、これには予約が必要のようです。
隠れ家的に今後も使わせてもらおうと思います。
これからも頑張って続けていってくださいとエールを送りたくなるお店です。

The seasoning of the small bowl is light and does not disturb the buckwheat. The freshly cooked miso nigiri is also delicious.
The spicy sauce is sweet and dark, but there is no chemical seasoning.
I ordered without looking at the menu, so after I finished eating, I asked my wife “I can get it out” and it was a thousand yen.
Reaction. I also thought “sympathy”.
The result is 700 yen including consumption tax. This is conscientious.
The customers seemed to have eaten the Omakase Course (3,000 yen), but this seems to require a reservation.
I will use it as a hideout in the future.
It is a shop that makes you want to send ale if you continue to do your best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家庭的でこぢんまりとやられているのでコースやセットは前日までの予約が必要。今回はおかみさんのご好意で急遽あるだけのものをそばにつけていただきました。小鉢料理のどれもがおいしく、身も心も満たされました。これこそおもてなしと感じました。

美味しそうなお店だけに食べられず残念です。?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ガイドを見て行った。お蕎麦セットは予約が必要だとは書いてあったが軽く食べられればと思い予約は無しで訪れた。お店の方が出て来られ予約なしではお蕎麦は出せないと言われてがっかりした。
投稿者の写真はとても美味しそうだったのでわかりにくい道を走ってたどり着いたのに、それはそれは残念だった。ひなびた感じの良い所だったけれど、必ず予約が必要と知っていたら…またチャレンジしたい。
