★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夕食無し朝食付きの宿泊で利用。ナトリウム-カルシウム-強塩化物泉だったかな？屋上の浜名湖を見渡せる露天風呂が最高に気持ち良かった。建物は古いけれど食堂等は改装され綺麗で、大浴場も脱衣場も広く、清掃も徹底されて気持ち良く利用できました。Wi-Fiもスムーズ。部屋のスイッチやコンセントも使いやすい。冷蔵庫に冷凍庫は無い。浜名湖や夕日の眺望も素敵。朝食もサラダ、パン、ご飯、ドリンク、フルーツを自分で取りに行く半分ビュッフェ形式で美味しかった。売店が充実していて、期間限定のはまなこPayがお得でした。大浴場のシャンプー等がAPAホテルのだったので、系列なのかしら？化粧水等はクラシエで良かった。湯上がり休憩所に冷たい水とお茶が有り、部屋の茶筒のお茶もとても美味しかった。周辺に鰻店が多く、おしゃれカフェもファミマも近くて便利。スタッフの方も皆さん感じ良くて、近くの遊覧船乗り放題チケットも頂き、浜名湖を満喫できました。2月の一番寒い各地で大雪の日だったので、廊下、脱衣場、館内はあちこちが寒かったです。客室はエアコンを最強にしたら、なんとか大丈夫でした。コロナ対策は完璧で安心です。
 Used for accommodation without dinner and with breakfast. Was it a sodium-calcium-strong chloride spring? The open-air bath overlooking Lake Hamana on the roof was the most comfortable. Although the building is old, the cafeteria etc. have been renovated and beautiful, the large communal bath and the dressing room are large, and the cleaning was thorough and it was comfortable to use. Wi-Fi is also smooth. Room switches and outlets are also easy to use. There is no freezer in the refrigerator. The view of Lake Hamana and the setting sun is also wonderful. Breakfast was also delicious in a half-buffet style where I went to get salad, bread, rice, drinks and fruits myself. There are plenty of shops, and Hamanako Pay for a limited time was a great deal. The shampoo in the large communal bath was at the APA Hotel, so I wonder if it is affiliated. The lotion etc. was good with Classier. There was cold water and tea in the rest area after the bath, and the tea in the tea canister in the room was very delicious. There are many eel shops in the area, and it is convenient because the fashionable cafe and FamilyMart are nearby. All the staff were pleasant, and I got an all-you-can-ride ticket for a nearby sightseeing boat, and I was able to fully enjoy Lake Hamana. It was a heavy snow day in the coldest parts of February, so it was cold here and there in the corridors, dressing areas, and halls. The guest room was okay if the air conditioner was the strongest. Corona measures are perfect and safe.

まー！素晴らしいお部屋でした
夜中 寒くて毛布2枚使ってごめんなさい
お風呂 最高の夕日 夕焼け 温泉が良い
朝かかとがツルツルになってた
夕食は、海鮮 お肉付きの焼き物なのだけど
お肉は、鮮度良くて美味しく、お刺身は、カピカピ
貝類が焼いても ん！臭くて 食べれなかった
うなぎ串、牛肉焼きをシェフが焼いてくれて
これは 美味しかった 飲み放題とは知らずに
部屋でお酒買って呑んでしまって、少し残念だったけど 美味しい日本酒でした
席も本当にいい席にしていただきありがとう。
朝食の味噌汁もう少し
温度あった方が良いと思います
朝風呂の最高の景色ありがとう
道 覚えたので 又 お一人様？ん〜

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bedroom was nothing like the pictures, they put us in a room facing the main a/c that had trash from previous guest. Check-in was nice, but after we complained about the room's condition the service quality so bad that we had to move to another hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a little bit old hotel. The service for the dinner and breakfast was great! The room was fine. The only disappointing thing for me was the bed. It was so hard and painful that I couldn't sleep at all. They just laid a thin futon on top of some boards. Very uncomfortable. But there was a very delicious seafood dinner and a good breakfast too. I could recommend this hotel to someone else if they don't mind the bed situation.
