1	1091ぽこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日で部屋食の鰻重付きプランでお世話になりました。スタッフの方の感じも良くコロナ対策はちゃんとされていると思いますし、施設自体は若干古く特段の特徴は無いものの清潔感があり部屋も広く、露天風呂も解放感があって良かったです。鰻重も美味しかったです。一つ気になったのが、休日予約だと同じプランでも物凄く値上がりしてて、なかなかリピート出来るタイミングが見つからない所です。平日で都合が付けば、またゆっくりお伺いしたいと思います。 I was taken care of by the plan with eel weight for room meal on weekdays. o	oke kara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日＠13500円部屋は大変広く満足しておりました。食事は朝夕共に個室料亭での食事となり、これもまた大満足しており、外国人の中居さんではなく、日本人の若い女性の方で、入退室時のふすまの礼儀作法もしっかりしており、愛想もよく大変良かった。食事そのものも、同価格帯の旅館と比較して、良いと思った。ただ温泉に関しては、浜松市共同源泉が少ないのか、成分表記載の塩化物温泉（ガス発生あり、黄色褐色）とは程遠いお風呂であることが残念であった。しかし人が入ると程よくかけ流しがされるようになっており、その点で清潔さが保ててカバーできていたとのことで満足。立地条件も良いので、また機会があれば季節変えて行きたいと思います。 Saturday @ 13500 yen The room was very large and satisfied. H	Herrings s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レイクビューのホテルですが、眼下一面の浜名湖ではなく、視界の7割方が浜名湖の湾である内浦で、残りが駐車場等です。浜名湖の端なので、潮の満ち引きがよく分かり、浜名湖が汽水湖であることを改めて感じることができます。夕食は部屋食で鰻三昧の懐石を頂きました。うな重だけでなく、ウナギの刺身などあまり見ない料理を十分に楽しむことができました。味も量も満足です。 Although it is a hotel with a lake view, it is not Lake Hamana that covers the entire area below, but 70% of the view is Uchiura, which is the bay of Lake Hamana, and the rest is a parking lot. Since it is on the edge of Lake Hamana, you can see the ebb and flow of the tide well, and you can feel that Lake Hamana is a brackish water lake. For dinner, I had a kaiseki meal with eels in my room. I was able to fully enjoy not only eel but also eel sashimi and other dishes that I rarely see. I am satisfied with the taste and quantity.

加	加古川利彦 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 浜松の動物園前にある為、浜松観光と動物園巡りの家族旅行にピッタリの場所です。隣にはフラワーパークも有りますので、花々を楽しむ事も出来ますよ。また、近くには有名な鰻屋も点在していますから、食べる事にも嬉しい悲鳴が出ます。この旅館の食事もコロナ対策が万全に行われていますし、とても美味しく頂け、スタッフの方々も、皆さんがお客様に対して一生懸命に対応して愉しませようとしている事がとても嬉しい場所です。 Located in front of the Hamamatsu Zoo, it is a perfect place for sightseeing in Hamamatsu and family trips to the zoo. A	AHO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 静かに過ごせる宿でした。外窓が薄く車の音等は入ってきますが、部屋同士の壁が厚く声などは入って来ません。食事も比較的美味しかったです。お風呂も清潔感がありアメニティも充実しておりました。保湿せいが無い湯なので男湯にも乳液等有ると助かります。ウェルカムドリンクで提供される抹茶？は地獄です。お茶が湿気っているのかダマが凄く口の中が馬鹿になります。バイト？に立たせるにしても酷すぎる（笑） It was an inn where you could spend a quiet time. The outer windows are thin and the sound of cars can be heard, but the walls between the rooms are thick and voices cannot be heard. The food was also relatively good. The bath was clean and the amenities were substantial. Since it is a hot water without moisturizing, it is helpful if there is milky lotion in the men's hot water. Matcha served as a welcome drink? Is hell. Maybe the tea is damp or the lumps are so ridiculous in the mouth. Part-Time Job? It's too terrible to stand up (laughs)
