★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 宿泊はしていませんが、日帰り入浴を利用させてもらいました。
土曜日でしたが、昼食時に利用したので大浴場が貸切状態でした。露天風呂、ジャグジー、サウナ等一般的なものは全て揃っています。
露天風呂は楓が色づき始めて趣があり気持ちよかったです。
宿泊施設には足を踏み入れていないので評価できませんが、日帰り入浴はリーズナブルでおすすめです。
ちなみに、利用料金は大人1100円、小学生以下800円でした。
 I haven't stayed at the hotel, but I used to take a day trip bath.
It was Saturday, but the large communal bath was reserved because I used it for lunch. We have all the general items such as open-air baths, jacuzzis, and saunas.
Kaede started to change color in the open-air bath, which made me feel good.
I can't evaluate it because I haven't set foot in the accommodation, but one-day bathing is reasonable and recommended.
By the way, the usage fee was 1100 yen for adults and 800 yen for elementary school students and younger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一人旅、入浴1100円で利用しました。２年前に宿泊したホテル九重の解体の様子を見に来て、意気消沈していたところ、上品な佇まいの素敵なホテルに出会えました❗次回は夫婦で宿泊することを綺麗な女将さんに約束しました。遠いけど頑張って行くぞ?
I used it for traveling alone and taking a bath for 1,100 yen. I came to see the dismantling of Hotel Kokonoe, where I stayed two years ago, and when I was depressed, I met a nice hotel with an elegant appearance. I promised. It's far, but I'll do my best ?

客室露天風呂付きの広いお部屋。
良かった点としては
客室の露天風呂は立派で家族みんなで入れるほど。
温度も最高、景色も良く、とても気持ちよかったです。
食事も美味しかったです。
食べきれないほどの豪華な食事、どれもこれも美味しかった。
食事の場所も個室で大変ゆっくりできました。
残念だった点は
まず部屋に案内してくださった女将さん？なのか分かりませんが、普通のおばちゃんがでてきた？な感じの接客。
そしてスイッチが入っておらず冷蔵庫が冷えていない…
フロントに電話したらすぐ対応してくださいました。
ソファの隙間には埃と何かの毛が…
マットレスはカチカチで、硬めだと寝れない人はしんどいです。
客室露天風呂に置いてある桶は100均のものでがっくり。
夕食の料理の小鍋？のようなものは、ずれていて落ちそう。
朝でてきた味噌汁は完全に冷めていたり。
スタッフさんは一所懸命丁寧にしてくれているがなんだか不慣れで気をつかう。。
こんな感じです。
お部屋やお料理お風呂も素晴らしいからこそ残念に思いました。
ただフロントのスタッフさんや子供にも優しく対応してくださり感謝です。

The good thing is
The open-air bath in the guest room is magnificent enough for the whole family to enter.
The temperature was great, the scenery was good, and it was very pleasant.
The food was delicious.
The gorgeous meals that I couldn't eat were all delicious.
The place to eat was also very relaxing in a private room.
What was disappointing
First of all, the landlady who guided me to the room? I don't know if it is, but did an ordinary aunt come out? Customer service.
And the switch isn't on and the fridge isn't cold ...
When I called the front desk, they responded immediately.
Dust and some hair in the gaps of the sofa ...
The mattress is ticking, and people who can't sleep if it's stiff are tough.
The tub in the guest room open-air bath is 100%, which is disappointing.
A small pot for dinner? Something like that is off and is likely to fall.
The miso soup that came in the morning was completely cold.
The staff is very polite, but I'm not used to it and I'm careful. ..
It is like this.
I was disappointed because the rooms and the food and baths were wonderful.
However, I am grateful to the front desk staff and children for their kind support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had some things to do in the area so I stayed here. The front desk helped us out numerous times. The best part is the convenience. The location is convenient and easy to go around. The price of the hotel is reasonable. The owner of the hotel introduced herself to us and welcomed us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel rooms were kept very clean. The rooms are very tasteful with an eye for design. The best feature is the convenience. My suggestion, open up the area and let your guests enjoy the precious view you have to offer. The staff were probably some of the most friendliest hotel staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room itself was quite nice. The rooms are big to say the least. Non smoking level has smell of smoke. I was not impressed with the design. Secondary, the bathroom floor shows signs of age and could use some maintenance. The doors were closed blocking off the entire view of the lake and mountains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We would absolutely stay here again. Friendliness of the hotel staff made our stay here worthwhile. Room sizes are the biggest feature. The food in the hotel was really good. Our room exceeded our expectations by far. The view on the lake and mountain was spectacular. The rooms are neat and clean.
