施設的には少し古さを感じますが、
改装をこまめにしているので、飽きが来ないです。
温泉は以前と比べて風呂の数が増えて楽しめます。
コロナ禍の為、以前と比べて少し制限があったりしてた時期もありましたが、徐々に昔の営業スタイルに変わりつつ有ります。
ランチバイキング等も会場が綺麗になりました。
 We use it several times a year.
It feels a little old in terms of facilities,
I'm diligently renovating, so I never get tired of it.
You can enjoy the hot springs with more baths than before.
Due to the corona sickness, there were times when there were some restrictions compared to before, but it is gradually changing to the old business style.
The venue for lunch buffet etc. has become beautiful.

日帰りプランでこちらのビュッフェを利用しました。
「ホテルのビュッフェ」と期待すると、残念です。
土日は二部制になっているようです。
13時からの予約で、13時をちょっと過ぎ
会場に到着した時にはほぼ満席。
肉系メニューはいつまで経っても補充されず、玉ねぎがちょこっとだけ残っている大皿などが放置。
業務用食材感たっぷりのラインナップ。
ネギトロがやけにねっとりして気持ち悪かったです。
ステーキ担当スタッフも、初心者マーク付けていて
慣れていないのか、焼き上がるまで15分程度待ちました。
デザートコーナーもしょぼい。ケーキは「残りカスかな？」と思うほど細かく切られていて取る気が失せました。
どう頑張っても綺麗に盛れないので写真撮るのも諦め。
席の配置も間隔が狭く、移動に難儀します。
広い宴会場の端っこに食材コーナーがあるので、遠い席だと取りに行くのが面倒です。
それでも窓側に座れたので浜名湖畔の眺望は良かったです。
角度によっては露天風呂覗けそうなくらい。
席の感染対策で設置されている仕切りの透明の板が汚れていたので気分が台無し。
テーブルのゴミ箱や手袋入れも百均にあるような安っぽいもので、雰囲気は微妙。
お客さんの人数の割にスタッフが少ないです。
食器を下げるのが間に合わないなら、せめて返却コーナーがあるといいのにと思いました。
ディズニーリゾート系列のビュッフェに行ったばかりなので余計にサービスの差を感じてしまいました…
おまけ程度で考えていた温泉が良かった。
昼間に入る露天風呂は最高です。
ずっと入っていられるほど、熱過ぎずぬる過ぎずちょうど良い湯加減でした。
次はビュッフェは無いかな。温泉はまた利用したい。
For limited-time point digestion of travel sites
I used this buffet for a day trip plan.
It's a shame to expect a "hotel buffet".
It seems that Saturday and Sunday are a two-part system.
Reservation from 13:00, a little past 13:00
Almost full when we arrived at the venue.
The meat-based menu is not replenished forever, leaving a platter with only a little onion left.
A lineup with plenty of commercial ingredients.
Negitoro was soggy and uncomfortable.
The staff in charge of steak also has a beginner mark
Maybe I'm not used to it, I waited for about 15 minutes until it was baked.
The dessert corner is also shabby. The cake was cut into small pieces so that I thought, "Is it the remaining residue?"
No matter how hard I try, I can't serve it beautifully, so I gave up taking pictures.
The seating arrangement is also narrow and it is difficult to move.
There is a food corner at the end of the large banquet hall, so it is troublesome to go to get it if you are in a distant seat.
Still, I could sit on the window side, so the view of Lake Hamana was good.
Depending on the angle, you can see the open-air bath.
The transparent board of the partition installed as a countermeasure against infection in the seat was dirty, so I felt sick.
The trash cans and glove holders on the table are as cheap as 100-yen, and the atmosphere is subtle.
The number of staff is small for the number of customers.
If I couldn't lower the tableware in time, I thought it would be nice to have a return corner at least.
I just went to a Disney resort buffet, so I felt an extra difference in service ...
The hot spring that I was thinking about as a bonus was good.
The open-air bath that goes into the daytime is the best.
The hot water was just right, not too hot and not too slimy, so that I could stay in it all the time.
I wonder if there will be a buffet next time. I want to use the hot spring again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a room for up to 4 people. There is a pool (summer only) and several tennis courts, in addition to a small game arcade and a table tennis table. I guess most rooms have a good view of the lake.
