k	kてつ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ うどんはコシがあるが、少しつるみが少ないかなと思う。だしは濃いめ。セルフでこの味は評価高い。また、ネギ、生姜に加えて大根おろしまで無料で乗せれるのはお得。 Udon is chewy, but I think it has a little less slack. The dashi stock is dark. Noodles and soup are good quality, a lot of topings for a very honest price. There is also hot green tea and traditional japanese seats. I love this restaurant !
