ち	ちんまう on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ よく訪れるうどん屋さん。リーズナブルなお値段と、回転の早さ、そして店内の広さが魅力です。ただ、日によって、麺の出来に差があって、外から中までめちゃくちゃ堅い時もあれば、湯がきすぎて麺がブチブチ切れちゃう日も･･･でも、｢当たり｣の日は、素晴らしい喉ごしと、噛めば押し返すようなコシを体感出来ます。かけ出汁は、香りも味も良いのですが、少々薄くて、うどん２玉や３玉には適しておりません。店内の張り紙に｢減塩云々｣と書かれておりますが、いちいち卓上に置かれただし醤油で味を調整するのでは、食べた時の感動を削がれちゃいます。 A udon restaurant that I often visit.
