S	Sho Morley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 随分以前、坂出市の江尻町に有ったお店が再オープンしたのだと思います。旧国道11号から川沿いに細道を入った神社近くに有った製麺所でセルフのお店だったと記憶しています。個人的には昔を思い出すお店です。 I think the store in Ejiricho, Sakaide City has reopened a long time ago. H	Hana pa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美味しいうどんを安く食べれる夢のようなお店。駐車場は屋根付きで雨でも大丈夫です。小麦価格やその他の事情でうどんの値段は年々高くなり200円アンダーのお店は香川県でも数えるほどになってます。そんな中で非常に頑張ってるお店。立地はそんなにいいわけでは無いと思いますが常に地元民が入ってきます。お店のおすすめはきつねうどんで揚げが厚めで柔らかいけど歯ごたえがあり、甘すぎないダシがジュワッと出てきて美味しいです。麺の量は食べ歩きも出来る感じなので近くならぜひどうぞ。 A dreamy restaurant where you can eat delicious udon cheaply. 桑	桑野塾長 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりに本場で讃岐うどんを食べました。通の食べ方ではないと思いますが、肉うどんを食べました。麺のこし、出汁の味、肉の旨味全て美味しかったです。ただ、出汁が少しだけぬるかったのが残念でした。価格も安いし、さすがはうどん県です。 I ate Sanuki udon at home for the first time in a long time. ち	ちんまう on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 限りなく５つ星に近い星４つです！初めて訪れましたが、ちょうどお昼時の来店でしたので、｢たぶん、麺は作りおきだろうなぁ･･･｣と、あまり期待していませんでしたが、思いっきり嬉しい裏切りを経験させられました！手打ち手切り感満点の平打ち麺は、表面はツルンツルンで、食感はまるでグミのよう！麺だけでも、歯と喉が大喜びなのに、それに加えて、カツオ風味の関西風の旨い出汁が、私たち夫婦の舌まで幸せにしてくれました！(^^)/(^^)/ そこまで大満足なら、星５つでいいんじゃない？とのご意見もございましょうが、唯一の不満点を申し上げます。私たち夫婦が注文したのは、初めて訪れたうどん店で注文するのに最適な、シンプルなかけうどん大と中。うどんを注文する窓口(受け取り口)の頭上にお品書きがありまして、そこに｢大(３玉)多いかも？｣と書かれており、食い意地の張っている私にとっては、｢まさに願ったり叶ったり！｣と、めっちゃ嬉しくなったのですが、実際に手渡された大(３玉)は、他店での２玉レベルの大きさで、当然ながら、家内の中(２玉)は、他店での小(１玉)よりちょびっと多いかな？って量で、ちょっとテンションダウン(-_-;)(-_-;) 出汁と麺が、５つ星レベルの美味しさだっただけに、本当にそこだけが残念！サイドメニュー(天ぷら類)も重要視されている方には、サイドメニューの品数の少なさも、減点対象かも(・・;)☝ でも、純粋にうどんの味と食感は超オススメレベルですので、是非一度、お試しあれ！(^^)/ It is 4 stars, which is as close to 5 stars as possible! J	Julius Wang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「かけうどん(中 2玉)」と「おにぎり(2個入)」、「メンチカツ」を頂きました。麺は捻れがあり、太さの不揃いなところに「手打ち」、「手切り」感を感じます。麺も出汁も熱々で、程よいコシとモッチリ感が最高～ッ!! 出汁も味わい深い美味しい出汁で麺との相性も抜群です。また、うどん屋では珍しく「替玉」も出来るので、腹の中と相談し、揚げ立ての「ちくわ天」と一緒に1玉追加。「替玉」には「かけ出汁」と「ネギ」も入れてくれ、チョッとした「かけうどん(小)」を食べれた感じです。麺をたくさん食べたい方にはお勧めのうどん屋さんです!!
