雑食で紹介されたトルコライスが名物、それも元祖トルコライスって聞いたので、食べに行ってきたw
『トルコライス』950円と『半ラーメン』350円を注文。
トルコライスに大盛は無く、ランチタイム等繁忙時間は受けないと強気な設定でした(￣▽￣;)

ぶっちゃけ、長崎のトルコライスではなかったですw
ケチャップライスでデミグラスソースを載せた80g級とんかつを挟み込んだヤツww
タマネギの甘みが仄かに感じられるケチャップライス の中には、揚げたてサクサクの薄いとんかつが入ってました。
まぁ、普通に美味しいですが、このクオリティとボリュームで950円は…。
『半ラーメン』
半ラーメンだからなのか、ラーメン丼の中には、本当に半分の茶褐色のスープと麺、薄切りチャーシュー1枚に、シナチク3本、鳴門1枚、海苔1枚、ちょっと寂しい?
麺は昔懐かしいのぷりっとした黄色い細縮れ麺。
麺量は半分なので、70g、2啜り分くらい。
スープは塩分強めの醤油スープ、まるで業務用スープに、イノシン課長が大活躍で美味しいですw
…が、課長を使う事については否定しないが、舌が痺れる程はちょっと(⌒-⌒; )
因みに、元祖トルコライスとは、戦後間も無く渋谷駅前の大衆食堂『渋谷食堂』で食べたモノを真似たモノ。
このトルコライスを紹介した今柊二曰く「ケチャップライス＋トンカツデミグラスソース＋ケチャップライスという三層構造」

気分を変えチャーハン半餃子セットを注文！
チャーハンも餃子もやたら早く出て来ました。やはり予想は当たったと思ったのは味ですね！ランチ時間が早いとき作り置きがあると思います。
それと全体的に高い気がしました。

ラーメンは普通、チャーハンと餃子はおいしかった。値段は町中華としてはかなりお高めな設定に感じました。量も少なめ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで利用。店員さんの雰囲気がいい感じの町中華。野菜炒めセットのライス中で注文。野菜炒めは肉なしですが、油多めのガッツリ系。餃子は肉の味が弱めのニンニク強め系かな？
個人的にはあんまり好みではなかったですが、雰囲気は良いのでまた別の料理を食べにきてみようかなぁと。トルコライスがおいしそうでした。
Available at lunch. Town Chinese feel clerk of the atmosphere is good. Order in Rice of stir-fried vegetables set. Stir-fried vegetables is no meat, oil generous of Gattsuri system. Wonder if garlic strengthened system of dumplings weakens the taste of meat?
Personally, it was not so much taste, but the atmosphere is good because also the I wonder if Let's come to eat a different cuisine. Turkey Rice was delicious.
