★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先に書かれていた口コミ通り、と言うかもっと酷い。電話にて『内覧の予約』をして行きましたが、不動産屋の店舗で椅子に座るだけで終わりました。時間と交通費を無駄にして。
近辺の不動産を他に4社、内覧を対応していただきましたが、この会社は絶対におすすめしません。

良さそうな物件の内見を土曜に予約したものの、前日に他の人が契約したとのことで一旦なしに。ここまでは普通。
数日後、『一度キャンセルになったので一番に連絡した。優先的に案内する』と連絡があったので、直近土曜にまた予約。
その後金曜の午後になってまた他の人が内見の上契約したのでキャンセルとの連絡。
契約したもの勝ちなのは常識的にわかる。
だがなぜ『優先的に』などと言ったのか理解できない。
謝罪の電話では、その時間の内見が優先的という意味だったと言っていたが、どんな商売でもある時間に予約したらその時間にサービスを受けられるのは当然であり内見時間が同じ物件で被るなどまずないことで、優先的になどと言った語は用いるべきではない。
きちんと説明してくれれば水曜夜に時間を何とか捻出できたのに、土曜の元々の予定もキャンセルしてしまい、本当に時間を無駄にした。
無駄な語は足して、必要な注意は述べていない。
担当者はマニュアルを読んでないバイトレベルであり、
言うべきことの教育など本当にしっかりして欲しい。

また、
・契約時にこちらが希望した内容を満たしていない事が後から発覚
・顧客を馬鹿にしたような態度
・連絡がつかない。電話やメールが返ってこない
など、不動産以前に企業風土を疑うような場面が多々ありました。
他の不動産屋さんで契約する事をお勧めします。
