★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まだ契約しただけで、入居後の対応は分かりません。契約前は急な内見予約でも偶然かもしれないが、後日すぐに内見させてくださり助かりました。ただ、メールでの質問は最初は遅くても2日ぐらいまでには返信が来たが、契約後は返信の日数が5日以上経っても返ってこなかった。忙しいのは分かるが、遅くても2〜3日には返信すべきだし、何より返信が遅れたことの謝罪がないのはいけないと思う。対応してくれた方は友だち口調になることもあったが、気さくで話しやすく良かった。

It may be a coincidence even if I made a sudden preview reservation before the contract, but it was helpful to let me preview it at a later date. However, at first, I received a reply to the question by e-mail by about 2 days at the latest, but after the contract, I did not receive a reply even after 5 days or more. I know I'm busy, but I should reply within a few days at the latest, and above all, I don't think there should be an apology for the late reply. The person who responded was sometimes in the tone of a friend, but it was nice that it was friendly and easy to talk to.
