★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大野屋の目の前にある今の場所は一応仮店舗という位置付けらしいです。
昔は南部線沿いにあったマルエツの斜め前にありましたが、2020年春頃に完成する新しいビルに再度移転するみたいです。

まだオープンしたばかりで、とてもきれいなお店でしたね。
ATM コーナーはすぐに利用できましたよ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常な残念な事に対応能力の迅速さが低く必要以上に待ち時間・所要時間がかかってしまいます。取引内容を事前に電話で確認して来店しても対応スタッフは対応出来ないの一点張り。仕方なく事前確認の旨を伝え他のスタッフに指摘されようやく対応する始末。職務内容の教育を受け直した方が良いのではと思ってしまう。
皆さん頑張っているのでしょうが、残念で仕方なかったです。40分待ちと言われた案内されたのが60分以上は経過してからだった。あの人事能力の低さでは当然でしょうね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新しくオープンしてから、初めて海外への送金手続きをしに行きました。
新型コロナの影響で、予約しないといけないことを知らないでその日はできませんでした。
電話で予約だったので、すぐに連絡してなんとか次の日に予約が取れて送金できました。
これからは、何をするにも今までとは違うんだなーと実感。
法人で銀行関係でもし確実に日にちが決まっていたら、事前予約が必須ですね、これからは。
もし急に行くんだったら、並ぶとか時間がかかることもある程度覚悟していくことですね。
追記、法人対応できる銀行をなぜ絞り込んだのでしょうか？今まで近くのみずほ銀行で出来たのに、これからはこの小杉店になってしまいました。
しかし、まず予約しなくてはならない。取ろうとする2週間先になる(小杉店に関しては)
予約しないで行くと60分待ちになる。
なんかおかしくないですか？

みずほ銀行のATMに入金する時、入金を終えて通帳がATMから出てきてタッチパネルのホーム画面に戻るまでに10秒くらい時間がかかります。
振り込みなど他の手続きもあるので、この無駄な時間にイライラするのですが、武蔵小杉支店の良い所はこのATMの無駄な時間がとても短いのです。
これにはちょっと感動しています。
というか、全てのATMもそうして欲しいわ！

25 years ago. Now I can’t pay my rent. Really don’t know what to do. But I know I have to find another bank.
